The only positive of this complex is how cheap the rent is. The “management” team Is completely non-responsive to issues and will not follow up on their own maintenance. We have had a broken toilet and no cold water pressure in my bathroom for three months since a water main burst. I have notified them countless times of the issues with no actual response. They will send the plumber out who will tell me what needs to be fixed then never shows back up to resolve the issue. They are trying to back charge us for rent while we were (and still are) living in illegal conditions due to mismanagement. They will put their issues off on you because they are flat out lazy and disorganized. Don’t live here.

I have lived here for almost a year. Very nice location and apartments are mostly updated besides bathroom, however, the management of this property has a HUGE issue with communication. The landlord, Tonya, will not check her emails and takes days to return phone calls. Maintenance also failed to address very simple problems we had with our apartment (doors that would not close, broken locks, etc.)Overall its a good place to live for the price, but I would not plan on living here long term.
