This place is the best. I have had 3 different barbers cut my hair at Sublime, great cut each time.

First time here was cool, Nick did great and is the only reason i gave the second stardecided to go back today and this other barber gave me the worst haircut of my life didnt catch his name

I brought my son for a haircut, it was great! The barber is very nice to my son and my son doesnt stay still during the haircut.

A military haircut for someone that is not in the military. I suppose it’s my fault for not telling the barber not to taper the back of my neck and sides of my head when I just told him I wanted a zero on the sides. I now have razor burn along the area he used the electric razor. I was offered aftershave, but as I’ve never experienced the electric shaver treatment in these areas I didn’t realize I would need it. Additionally, I had no clue what was going on, because I didn’t see a mirror until he had finished. Lastly, the hair at the back of my head is longer than it is in the front. $30 to have someone do a subpar job while he watches football instead of paying attention to lengths is not worth it.

Sublime barbershop was amazing as usual. The hair stylist are friendly and nice and its always good to be there. They also do great haircuts for any style of hair! Go there and you wont be disappointed!!!

Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had made two appointments for my young sons at 12:00pm. At the appointment time we were told they couldn’t see us right away, and we could wait or come back in an hour or an hour and thirty minutes. We don’t live in the area, and had made an appointment so we didn’t have to wait. Ended up calling another barbershop that could accommodate us right away.

Got he job done. No more Covid hair. Professional and was able to book an appointment quickly.

A barber straight up gave me a buzz cut with a birds nest on the back of my head when I wanted a different style. I look like a porcupine.

I called to see if the shop was busy and they said no so I came in. I usually go to the one in Eastalke and they are great. The barber was not comfortable with cutting my sons hair into a mohawk like fade and asked the other barber for help with cutting it and he flat out told her no a few times in front of me so I told her if she isnt comfortcomf to tell me and we could just go and she said she was fine. It took over an hour and a half and it looked so sloppy and awful. I left so upset as well as my son and she still charged us knowing she did a bad job and none of them even tried to apologize. I will be going to someone about this awful customer service!

Definitely feels like a real barber shop. The barbers are good and the atmosphere is friendly. I tend to get a pretty standard cut but I see people walking out with some cuts that take skill.There is an area fitted with iPads where your kids can kill a few minutes while you get your hair cut.Tried the straight shave, nice enough experience but the quality of the shave left a little to be desired. It wasnt as smooth as some Ive had and there were a few missed spots. Might have been the barber, but for $18 Ill stick to the haircuts and not be disappointed.

Best of both worlds. I go here twice a month, A very great staff, always friendly, Omar cuts a great under-cut, never had a bad experience with this shop, give respect, get respect these folks work hard at making a great barber shop experience. I hope they are around for a long time.

First time customer and really liked the throwback feel and simplicity of a real barber shop.You cannot beat a straight razor shave.A little bit disorganized sign-in service. But that is part if the charm.

Cool place to hang out. Like the music and cable. Sat for over an hour waiting on a barber. Didnt wind up getting a haircut because the barber that would have cut our hair decided to go on a food run. Next barber up did the same thing. Seemed pretty indifferent about us leaving. Im pretty indifferent about coming back.

Im from the East Coast stationed here from the Navy. I am used to all my life making appointments so that I am in and out quickly not to spend over an hour waiting for a mediocre haircut at best. I wish mor barbershops in SD made appointments. 13 years out here and it has been hard.

This is a place where real men get their hair cut. If you want a wam bam thank you mama job on the most important part of a males appearance, this is not the place. Ive read a lot of comments on here complaining about the wait time and I have one thing to say about that.... perfection. So, if you want a short wait time take your simple a$$ to a salon.

Sadly went back after a few months and yup got another bad haircut. As soon as this young guy gave me the mirror Im like are you kidding me my hairline was basically a kid slide and the barber even had the audacity to shake my hand all proud about his work . I try giving them another chance hence why I went back especially since theyre close but yea nope I rather just commute to some place else. Waste of money

TERRIBLE!!! they let a new guy cut my hair and completely chopped off every thing Ive grown in the past 6 months.. I said a inch trim off the top ended up with right side of the head 4 inches shorter than the left side.. he didnt know how to use fillet scissors and ended up patching my whole right side, and thinning me out like an old man. HATED IT!!!! LAZY WORKERS, i had two people cut my hair!! one to screw it up and the other to fix the screw up! if you can even call it a fix.. it was just a more subtle piece of crap haircut...

Getting my haircut there since October and Ive havent gotten any other barbershop since then. The barbers are welcoming and nice and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxing.

Take my 16 yr old son to this Mooses for hair cuts and Omar is awesome, my son wont go anywhere else

Friendly staff who are meticulous about getting the perfect hair cut for men.

I took the kids, even after reading the reviews about the long waits. We signed even and each barber was full but no one even acknowledged us. After a while realized it would be a mistake, especially seeing that they charge almost $20 for a child haircut. What topped it off was the multiple screens showing MTV garbage. Take your kids and your money elsewhere.

I was not satified with my haircut. No one greeted me when I walked in. Barber did not bother to introduce himself. I tell him what I want, and he doesnt do what I asked. It took him a total of 13 minutes to cut my hair, and I paid for it with horrible quality. I will not be coming back to this location.

Worst haircut and beard trim I have ever had. Asked for a little bit off the top and ended up with an uneven haircut and my beard was crooked and uneven. Ill never go here again. Also when I walked in it seemed no one wanted to work with me and I was passed around. Terrible shop.
