I do not recommend this shop to anyone!! I had an appointment to get a spiral perm and the owner did not follow the rite steps of doing my perm at all. She was adding hair solution as she was wrapping my hair and i told her you dont do that until the whole head is wrapped. She told me not to worry about it she does it all the time, but makes since why my hair is dry and when i comb it a lot of hair comes out and it never did that before. I am also a hairstylist of 19 years and was so unhappy with my services and wanted to cry. Its like the top of my head is all curly and the bottom is all straight plus my hair feels really dry and over processed not to even included they way over charged me for my perm as well, so i will not be going back to that shop at all and i now need to find someone else to redo my hair. Also to mention she also had turned her chair around so i couldnt see what she was doing the whole time to my hair.

Not sure what the two girls names are but they did a great job for me and my daughter.. love my hair cut!

Ava cut my hair. She was very polite and gentle. I enjoyed my haircut and it turned out great. I tried something new and it was perfect.

This was my second time at the shop. My first experience was marvelous! I received the cut and service I was looking for. TOTALLY pleased. When I returned for a re-do...I was sick to my stomach at the haircut I received. As a grown woman I hate to admit but I cried. The woman cut off ALL my hair. I thought the hairdresser understood what I wanted. I’m lost for words and hair. Just a word of advice...don’t let the person cutting your hair turn you away from the mirror. I could had saved my beautiful curls if I could had seen what she was doing. I’m new to Chula Vista CA and need a hairdresser who listens... that can cut a short naturally curly hair do (mixed people’s hair) with a taper-fade. 😞 I’m so hurt...Any suggestions???

Price too high, 20 before tip for a regular mens haircut is Not competitive, its about 30 % higher than the average, no worries, just wont use the place.Kinda rude tone in her voice when I asked the Price too.

I love coming to get my hair done. I get the best service and I do not have to pay salon prices for it.... I rarely trust anyone to do my hair because it is hard finding someone who will actually listen what you want and do it exactly how you explained it. Blanca is a GEM.... She got it right the first time and continue to do it. I love the enviroment there. It is so laid back and it is refreshing to see all joking and smiling going on..... Great place to go.....

Stopped in for the 1st time.. nice place but the 2 ladies cutting hair dont know what the hell they are doing.. all she said was 17 dollars..Very unprofessional she was on the phone most of the time while cutting my sons hair. I will never come back.

Great while it lasted. Prices jumped by $5 from $18 to $23 with my last hair cut and thats every 2weeks. Time to find something closer to my area.

Clean professional setting with a super friendly crew that knows how to take care of your edges! Affordable. (Cash only but they have an ATM.) We grabbed some of their suavecito pomade, love it. They even have a snack station. A local gem! The whole familia got sweet cuts. We will definitely be back! Gracias Eva.

Amazing first time experience!! I read all these reviews and was nervous to go there but the lady with short/very light purple hair trimmed my hair and it looks great!

TERRIBLE SERVICE if youre trying to get a haircut, I suggest to go to a better place, my younger brother asked for a fohawk (everyone knows what a fohawk is) and the lady made him bald. We went to confront the person and she kept denying it saying thats what he wanted. My little brother was crying, terrible experience; they couldnt even apologize respectfully.

Honestly the best barber shop around Ive been going to get my haircut there since I was a kid n always a great cut, Brian is the barber that always cuts my hair and to be honest has the best hair cut game in all of South Bay!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! Do not get your makeup done at this locations. All products were uncleaned, unsanitized, customer left in tears and make-up artist states the payment was needed in full due to waste of time. VERY UNPROFEsSIONAL .

The WORST makeup job Ive ever had. The makeup was cheap and so were the disgusting chewed up brushes she was using. The owner and girl who did make up were unprofessional. DONT EVER GO HERE!
