Our Church with a party of 9 came and they said that they couldn’t accommodate us, because of no communication well we emailed a signed contract and talked to them. They didn’t honor anything of the contract or any communications even though we had proof

I strongly advise against this place or lost 80 $ just for 15 / minutes of delay and I was not given any chance to be able to do it another day little professionalism and zero availability if I could give zero I would have gladly not recommended

I love this place. Ive been here like 3 times and I had Martica for 2 times and she was amazing. She knows the human body well and I always walk out relaxed. The place is clean and the staff seems friendly as well. Except for one mature lady, I dint feel that I am welcomed when I went the. There is also a girl called Daisy, I think she works at front desk. She is very friendly and helpful.

There is one massage therapist that is terrific- however- due to the OVERWHELMING use of toxic fragranced candles and air fresheners - it is impossible for me (who has asthma) to be in their spa.Why would you NOT use essential oils and herbs at a spa????

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had facial, tinting of eyebrows and lashes done. Hanadi is very pleasant and knowledgeable professional esthetician. I also had full body massage which was another great experience. I was so tense and had hurtful pressure points. After the massage I felt so relaxed and pain free.

I love European spa. I have been other places but the experience at European spa beats them all. Anne and Vivian are professional, and you always get the massage you need.All the girls are nice, friendly, and the massage completely relaxes you.I drive an hour to get there but its worth it. I will only go there from now on.

Massage was of substantially less quality than other places but it was clean.

By far the best spa Ive been too on the Northwest side of Chicago. Little bit of heaven on earth!

Its was my first time at the spa it was an amazing first experience got my pedicure facial and massage it was all great felt like i was beeing treated like a queen. I would highly recommend it.. one thing i had negative to say is the receptionist bad attitude.

The service was good.the lady in the front was friendly.but the masseuse was totally rude and she didnt complete my 1H massage.she only did 50 minutes and she told me thank you Im done.dont go there please
