Silvio and Olti, who worked on revamping my old hair situation, gave a me such a unique color (which I am in love with), hydration and smoothness that I much needed. I had Arianna color my hair and Kallie do my makeup and hair for a gala and it was the best experience. The salon had an amazing atmosphere and everyone was super nice and fun. Arianna helped talk me through everything that was going on and helped me to get my dream hair :) Ariana took her time with everything and paid great attention to all the details. Kallie was super nice and made me feel beautiful for my night out. She was super informative and gave me makeup tips as well. I will definitely be going back time and time again!!

Had a great time at Ricci Kapricci Salon. Just moved to the neighborhood and thought I would try them. Booked an appointment with Olti and left the salon very happy. I got exactly what I wanted, felt very welcome and the whole staff seemed so nice and friendly. Definitely will go back for a touch up.

Incredible place with such skilled professionals. The owner, Silvio, who cuts my hair, caters so much for perfection and details that its never your regular haircut experience. He takes his time to wash, cut it perfectly, wash again, dry, model, and the products are always the highest quality.100% recommended, so much so I schedule my haircuts every month on the same day so I never miss it.

The best studio chain in chicago - Silvo has never let me down.The staff is always friendly and make sure you have a warm welcome when you walk in. I’ve hopped around over the last few years to different salons but after finding this one I haven’t looked elsewhere. I can’t recommend them enough!

My balayage with Silvio was perfect, I loved the result.On their 1022 W Armitage Ave salon, there’s a beauty clinic inside, with many fantastic aesthetic procedures. I had lots of acne marks on my face, and after two sessions of Bioplacenta, they’re almost all gone.I really recommend it, my favorite salon in Chicago.

I have been going to b. Salon for about 7 years. Becki, the owner, has cut my hair that whole time and always does a great job! I have naturally curly hair (spirals) and she gets them right every time. Becki is also great at coloring and their customer service is outstanding.

I’ve been coming to Ricci Kapricci for a while now and this new location may be one of my favorites! I came in most recently for a quick blowout and was scheduled with Olti. He was so sweet and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I felt super safe in the salon, even during COVID. I can’t recommend this salon enough! I’m sure anyone at Ricci Kapricci would make you feel beautiful, but do yourself a favor and ask for Olti.

You’ll always get greeted with smiles and with amazing service.Mariam is one of the hair dressers at B salon & let me tell you, she is amazing. I have been going to Mariam for years now and she never fails to surprise me each time. Mariam listens to what you want and she does everything she can to transfer that onto your hair. The work she’s done on my hair is just unexplainable. I will keep going to Mariam because not only are her knowledge & skills great, her attitude is extraordinary. Thank you Mariam and B. Ive only gone here twice, but all of the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Both times Ive left looking and feeling my best, no matter how long it seems to take. *Honorable mention* It was a very slow day the last time I went (and was led horribly astray by Google maps), and I wound up being very late. They were super understanding of the situation, especially Heather, who still made my hair beautiful by the time I left.♥️

Annie is the best. Shampoo is like a scalp and neck massage, and she never lets me make any impulsive decisions for my cut without giving me more tempered advice -- a true professional. The salon has a friendly atmosphere, good coffee, and the product they use is great -- loved the forming paste.
