Dr. Henry Moore and staff are awesome!!! I Just left from getting a couple of my -embarrassingly years old - cracked decayed teeth surgically extracted. From the consultation to the actual surgical procedure everybody there made me feel comfortable and a little less nervous to finally get this procedure done. The doctor answered all my questions without any judgment and even made me laugh about my procrastination on not getting this done for so long. My procedure was at 9:00 I was out of there by 10:00!!! What?!! And not feeling no pain, I was able to drive home no problem.

My experience with Dr. Moore and staff is great! We had a little problem with the cap for my single implant, but Dr. Moore wasted no time correcting the problem.

Dr. Moore and his staff are more than efficient. There are knowledgeable and very helpful in providing outstanding service. I have been a faithful patient for more than 20 years. I have most of my teeth no dentures just fillings. When I have a dental concern Dr. Moore is available to give me options both medically and financially. I am not afraid of any dental procedure because of anticipated discomfort. Dr. Moore also has a very modern and update medical update office.

Let me just say that Dr. Moore and his staff are A+. I went in to have 2 teeth extracted and for some reason I was a ball of nerves, probably because my dad has been my dentist all my life until he retired. Before they began his assistant reassured me that I would be fine and I should relax. By the time I realized I was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about, I began to relax and before I knew it the procedure was over. No pain at all. I have found my new dental home!

Dr. Moore, is knowledgeable and listens to his patients concerns. He counsels them on options and then TOGETHER proceeds with the right care plan. I dont ignore my health care, but admittedly i am uncomfortable being in the Dentist chair. So I hadnt seen a dentist in a while. Front desk staff are touch and go on being pleasant. One of them called me this morning --- and responds with attitude which made me recall another past experience where she was difficult to speak to with regard a billing issue. At that time, I overlooked it -and chalked it up to being a bad day-- but not today. I see others comments on how great their staff is and I do agree, their dental professionals are great.

He was referred to me by my pastor’s wife, Dr. Rosie Messenger, after sharing how I face dental procedures with great anxiety due to childhood experiences and over the years, how I’ve tried many, many other dentists while living out of state with negative results. Dr. Moores’ chair side manner is impeccable. He thoroughly explains every step of the procedure so youre not left wondering what the heck is going on, and through cleanings, fillings, root canals, implants and even a crowns, I have never felt an ounce of pain or discomfortDr. Moore and his team never cease to amaze. They use the latest in dental technology to make every procedure painless. The staff is very courteous, professional but above all HONEST. There are two locations and the Homewood office has a really good layout to facilitate easy entry, checkout and departure. The hygienist are very conversational and explained everything clearly and always give great suggestions.They answer the phones promptly, return your phone calls, get back to you with information regarding your insurance and estimate costs or other questions quickly. Also, I have never waited more than a minute or two for my name to be called in and to get started on and Ive been going there since 2012. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service of Dr. Moore and his staff. I found them online when I searched for Dentist for patients that fear the dentist and I chose them for the sedation techniques he can use. I thought I need to knocked out before they do anything because of my fear. After the initial consultation, I no longer felt that way feeling Dr. Moores confidence that he can do the procedure with just Novocaine. The day came to get the procedure and as nervous and anxious as I was Dr. Moore and his staff were the great and calmed me down whenever they felt I needed reassurance.
