Hadnt gone to a dentist in a couple years, so maybe technology advanced a lot, but in addition to just a pleasant experience with reception, hygienist, and dentist, this office uses all these things Ive never had before at another dentist:Hygienist assisting the dentist for the whole apptDigital sensor for X-rays (allows xrays to be 1/10th the duration of film)Tiny in-mouth camera that quickly and easily took an image of each tooth, then a tooth-by-tooth walk-through on the monitorsilluminated tiny mirror, which probably contributed to having *zero* sharp-instrument touches onto gums or lipsVery thorough explanation through everythingCOVID precautions: Entire building requires masks, elevator 3 person max, temp check at the door to the office, office requires masks except when youre in the chair. Dentist wears an n95 mask under a regular mask under a face shield

To start Im a jaded New Yorker. As my wife knows I like to say meh, when I not impressed. I must say this Practice at Park view smiles was impressive. I had an awesome experience,very clean,gentle and smooth procedure. I recommend this practice 100%. I only hope to get this level of treatment in my new hometown in San Francisco.

Park View Smiles has simply provided me with the best dental experience I have ever had. Only been twice. The first time, Dr. Hempel went out of her way to help me through an emergency. Today was my first official appointment. Staff was tremendous and the knowledge I gained is more than I have ever received. I am in my 60s!

My recent visit involved a very thorough routine cleaning with images performed by Elpie, an excellent hygienist, and a professional and thorough exam by Dr Hempel. Dr Hempel herself, and her first rate staff, continue to display a welcoming professional vibe, even with the necessary changes Dr Hempel implemented for patient and staff safety due to the presence of Covid in the community. I am an older person and very observant as to safety and cleanliness. In my opinion the safe, quality way in which Dr Hempel and her staff practice dentistry, especially in these Covid times, provides one with an additional level of comfort.

Even in these strange times when most normalcies feel uncomfortable and impersonal, everyone at Park View Smiles makes you immediately feel at ease when you walk through the door. Ive been coming to this practice for almost 10 years and the immensely kind, comforting, and skilled staff are what will keep me coming back.

I would highly recommend Park View Smiles. Elpi and Dr. Rageb are both wonderful people and highly skilled. Unfortunately, my insurance is not in network and so I tried other dentist offices. I ultimately returned to Park View Smiles because I could not find another office that came close.

The admin side of things was efficient, which I love. Front desk staff was friendly and the wait was just enough time to take my coat off.The hygenist was nice and efficient. The Dr. herself spent more time with me than any other dentist Ive ever experienced. She took the time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable. Overall they seemed to work well together and had a unique approach to encouraging oral hygiene. No one tried to sell me unnecessary products, and they seemed way more invested in my long-term care than making a quick buck.Highly recommend this place and all the great professionals working here.

Friendly and engaging staff, responsive and knowledgeable. Dr. Hempel takes the time to get to know you and your history and make a plan of action. Office is clean, modern, and has good digital records/equipment/forms. A nice place to go if you havent been to the dentist in a while.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ragebs for around 7 years, and so I followed her when she opened her own practice. She is a great dentist. Shes thorough with her explanations and will answer every single question you have, which results in relatively stress-free dental procedures. Im happy to report her new office is great--Karen (the receptionist/office manager) is super knowledgeable, capable, and friendly, and the hygienist who performed my cleaning was thorough and non-judgmental. I absolutely recommend Dr. Rageb and her team for your dental needs.

Dr. Rageb has been my dentist for a few years now, and I absolutely have had a wonderful experience under her care! Both her staff and her are always a pleasure to work with, and they make going to the dentist a breeze. I’ve had extensive dental work done over the course of my treatment, and they take their time to make sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. She even has a great network should you need any referrals to other specialists too. Couldn’t recommend more! :)

Park View Smiles is the best. They are very responsive and Karen is wonderful with her insurance company follow up. Dr. Ragib and Cindy always make me feel totally comfortable when I have a procedure.

I don’t typically look forward to going to the dentist but when I went to Park View Smiles for my teeth cleaning I was very impressed. Dr. Rageb and the rest of the staff are genuinely really nice and want you to have a great smile. I actually look forward now to regularly seeing my dentist. Such a great staff.

I like the transparency. Elpida put my xrays and records on screens that were in front of me, and not where I wasnt supposed to see them. She also explained in detail everything she was doing during my cleaning and also how to better clean my teeth. She also did an H/N check for lumps - never had this done before.

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Rageb. She did an excellent job of explaining what she was doing both before and while she worked, which helped keep me calm during what is usually an anxiety- provoking experience for me. The front desk person was so welcoming and actually explained how the charges are calculated. And Dr. Ragebs assistant paid close attention to everything that Dr. Rageb needed as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend.

When I learned Dr. Mallard was retiring, I was a bit worried and apprehensive about Dr Rageb having never met her. After my first few visits including a cavity filling, I am 100% sold. She is outstanding and I highly recommend her.
