The dental office is wonderful. Its a great location on Michigan Avenue and the views are spectacular. Michelle and Amy at the front desk greet when you arrive. Jennifer the hygenist does a wonderful job and is very friendly. Dr. Post is fantastic. The office is clean and the staff treats you like family. I would highly recommend this office.

The entire operation at Post dental is fantastic! Check in is easy, parking is validated, the work is professional, open, and honest about what your want and need to do each time. They saved me so much money by simply cleaning my teeth and being honest, instead of forcing me to have extra work done that was unnecessary like other dentists in the past. My former dentist, Deborah Blaine, and the people in her office, were top-notch, but she moved out of the country. At that time, her patients were offered the option to transfer to Post Family Dental, which I did. Dr. Blaine apparently trained under Dr. Shawn Post, and held him in high regard. My dentist is Dr. Brian Post. Great guy. Fabulous dentist. I actually enjoy my dental visits. Who says that ... ever? I had one today, in fact. BTW, theyre really committed to COVID-related protocols--in a way thats welcoming and heartening, not scary or oppressive. Cant recommend highly enough.

After overcoming my initial reservations due to the pandemic, I visited Post Family Dental after the post-Covid19 lockdown. I was impressed with the precautions considered and all of the protocols and upgrades established to minimize risk for everyone. The whole team was attentive and calm to ensure my comfort. This should come as no surprise to anyone who has been a patient in this practice with its decades long emphasis on adopting and implementing innovations for best-in-class dental care.

This has been dentist for 10 plus years. They are always courteous and professional. I have been lucky to just need cleanings for a long time. They are always thorough and emphasize preventative care.

As the daughter of a (now retired) dental hygienist, I know a fair bit about dental offices and teeth -- sometimes perhaps more than I care to know! So the task of finding my own dental practice after settling in the area and having a dental hygienist other than my own mom felt daunting at first.The Post Family Dental practice was recommended to me through my moms dental network -- and Im so glad it was! I have been truly pleased with my experiences there.The dental hygienist, Jenni, is fantastic! Shes super attentive and does an excellent job. I found Dr. Brian Post to not only be congenial, but so helpful in rethinking and improving upon my original night guard situation.The office staff is amiable and each visit has been a pleasure. I love the fact that its a family-owned practice, too -- with a great location and terrific views to boot. Highly recommend!

Great, safe experience....I was reluctant to go to the dentist due to Covid but went today and had a great experience. The configuration of the office is really conducive to being kept separated from other patients. All of the staff was well protected, masked up and gowned. I made my next appointment for 4 months from now!

I do have to admit that I have not been here and got actual dental work yet but they are by far the nicest people I have ever met. I called the front desk receptionist Amy after a terrible encounter with another dentist in the loop and told her I was thinking about getting a second opinion and she was so kind and reassuring that we would get things sorted out I knew I had called the right place. Then I went in for an evaluation with Dr. Brian and he was also so beyond kind and sympathetic for my situation. I honestly wanted to cry leaving the previous dentist and he reassured me that we would get everything sorted out in the next visit so I will re-evaluate after the actual appointment but I cant imagine going anywhere else at this point.

Could not have been happier with my visit. This was my first visit to Post Family Dental and I have only positive things to say. The hygienist, Jenny I believe, was very efficient but also thorough. She did a great job making me feel comfortable. She made sure to point out problem areas in my gums that I needed to focus on during flossing. Dr. Brian Post was very thorough in his examination. I have a crown that I need to get replaced and he laid out a clear and detailed game plan to me. I appreciated that because I have had too many experiences with doctors telling me what I need done but not explaining the process or giving me reasons why I need it done. He also did not make me wait at all before seeing me. I will surely be returning to this office and will be making him my new dentist. And their front office employee, Michelle, could not have been nicer!

Great cleanliness and protection - answer health questions, temperature taken, hands sanitized, masks in waiting area, plexi at check-in/out. Full PPE for dentist and hygienist. WONDERFUL and reassuring.

I cant recommend Dr. Brians office enough! I came in for a complicated procedure and could not be happier with my experience or the results. The whole team was very kind and helpful. Dr. Brian was very thorough with my evaluation and plan going forward.

I have been going to Dr. Brian Post for almost a year now and it is hands down the best dental experience I’ve had. I initially went to one of the chain dental groups in Chicago that seemed to have good reviews but had a horrible experience which thankfully led me to this practice. I chipped off almost half of my front tooth in a scooter accident and Dr. Post gave me my initial filling while the crown was made which looked phenominal. I didn’t think it could get any better but the final crown that I got is so incredible you can’t even tell it is fake. Additionally, I called Post Family dental with a tooth ache in one of my molars and they got me into an endodontist within minutes that did a fantastic job. After my root canal it was super easy to make an appointment for a crown that was painless and looks and feels amazing. I don’t normally leave lengthy reviews but after having a horrible year of dental mishaps I had to rave because Post Family Dental were so accommodating, professional, and friendly I couldn’t have gotten through it without them!

I have been going to Dr. Post since 1986. That should tell you something!
