He is the best, very thorough and attentive. The moment you walk in the staff make you feel welcomed and even though I come once every 6 months, they still remember my name and I know everyone who works there ... highly recommended

Dr. Dow is beyond kind. I have been VERY nervous of visiting the dentist for as long as I can remember, but after finding Dr Dow and his staff a few years back I am feeling much more comfortable. He and his staff know my anxieties surrounding dentistry and explain the cleaning as they go so I know exactly what they are doing. They ask about my family, work, and hobbies to build relationships and keep my mind off of things and ask follow up questions when I return. Its obvious they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make me feel welcome there. The front desk staff are amazing!! They are so warm and accommodating! Even better, as a stay at home mom, I need to bring my little one along. The whole staff works together to help me care for her while I am there, including watching her while I ran to the restroom! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Dow and crew in Chicago! Oh - and the view from the dentist seat is absolutely stunning!!
