My kids (8 years old boy and 4 years old girl) excited every time when they went their to meet their dentist. My kids had been visiting Modern care Dental on Belmont and Milwaukee for 7 years. Clinic nice and clean and I am feeling comfortable and safe during the pandemic time. Front desk person very friendly and very good service. Dentist Assistant is gentle and friendly with all of my kids and very good cleaning. Dentist is good advice. All of above I would recommended. There is BEAUTIFUL Service Dental for our family.

Hands down this is the best dental clinic Ive ever been to. All of the staff are super warm and friendly, I always felt comfortable and never judged. Dr. Rezai and his team kindly lead me through what felt like a pretty extensive amount of dental work and I am so happy with the results. I wasnt able to chew on one side of my mouth for over a decade and now I can! He took the time to make the bite for each filling and cap absolutely perfect and I will forever appreciate that. I have recommended friends and family to this clinic and I highly recommend coming here for your dental work.

I came in for a deep cleaning this past week. I was thoroughly explained the process of a deep cleaning by Maria. Additionally, Maria answered any and all my questions regarding the process and next steps after the cleaning. She made the whole process as painless as possible. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to any family and friends.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but Modern Care Dental has changed all of that. I found them by doing a quick google search as I was in need of an emergency dental visit and they were able to squeeze me in right away. Dr. Rezai and his staff are the best. They always make me feel comfortable and keep me informed on what they are doing to my teeth along the way. I never feel judged and look forward to my visits. Even as an adult, I have been afraid to go to the dentist. When searching for a new dentist, I came across Modern Care Dental and read reviews that it was a judgment free zone. I couldn’t agree more! Maria has been great at taking care of me and my teeth. Everything is thoroughly explained which is great for someone that is afraid of going to the dentist after a long time. I was looking for a dentist since I was not born in the US and never went to another dentist than my childhood dentist. Anyway, the first place I went to was horrible..and then I found this place. Honestly, I have never been treated with so much respect and transparency. They told me from the beginning what needs to be done and how. Also, suuuuper friendly people working there! Feeling very comfortable every time I’m there!

From day one Dr. Rezái and his staff has made us feel comfortable. I have never ever felt that way at any dentist’s office . He and his staff calmly explains my treatments to me. He doesn’t rush us out the door. He makes us feel like real patients of his and not just a payment! They talk with us while they’re prepping and make you feel at ease. This is the only dentist I will go to from now on and I highly recommend him.

They dont lecture you too much 😉 *edit and change in rating* staff is still great but make sure what ever they tell u is covered under your insurance is actually covered. They came at me trying to charge me 400 for something they said was 100% covered. Horrible dang near extortion!!

Excellent dentist. In addition to regular cleanings have also gotten Invisalign, had a wisdom tooth removed and gotten a root canal here and all were done exceptionally well.

I switched to Modern Care Dental about 3+ years ago and have since been very pleased with all the services provided by Dr. Rezai and all his staff.My dental hygienist, Maria Hernandez is the best. She maintains my dental and oral hygiene every 6 months and keeps my teeth looking great. Maria is very professional and knowledgeable, she makes me feel calm and comfortable while doing a thorough cleaning. She is also great with kids, as my 7yr old nephew has also seen her for his cleanings and preventative treatments.I had a dental implant placed and also a crown replacement here. The results of both my treatments have been fantastic. I am now pain free and the discomfort from food trapping in between my teeth is now resolved.As far as Covid and proper PPE, I feel safe here and have observed how they follow proper protocols and sterility.If you need the best hygienist in town, visit Modern Care Dental and ask for Maria!!!

Im not a person that likes to go to the dentist, but I enjoy going here. Everyone is so nice. They get to know you. Your not just another patient. Very nice and clean office. They try to accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities. Theyre on a first name basis with you. The dentist remembers conversation from 6 months before. I moved an hour away, but still come here for the service.

Brought my son here for the first time, he was 4, 5 now and surprisingly he did great. The staff and Dr. Payam Rezai were beyond helpful. They make sure you’re fully taken care of and take their time to address everything. Now I’ve became a patient here and the process of my visits are very smooth. Not much wait, and if there is a little wait, they approach you immediately. I acknowledge the professionalism of the front staff, they let me know everything I have to and explain. I thought I was just coming in for a cleaning and checking to see if I had a cavity like I’ve always have but there were so many fascinating things I’ve learned and definitely have a new life style thanks to their hard work and knowledge. The deep cleaning was just great! Thumbs up!!! Also, they have a parking lot which is very convenient.
