I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr. Jon is by far the best I’ve ever had. He was extremely gentle and showed genuine care and sensitivity to my comfort level during procedures, checking in with me at regular intervals. It’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and his work is skillful and focused. He told me exactly what he saw on my imaging (showed me as well), informed me how he was going to proceed and why, and patiently answered my questions, which I appreciated. I came in in a lot of pain, needing a lot of work done, feeling ashamed, but he was so kind and let me know he was going to do everything he could to get me out of pain, even working past his normal hours. He identified the cause and after one visit I was feeling so much better. He really took care of me when I needed it most. I can’t recommend Dr. Jon enough.

I had an amazing experience here! I’ve been trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled for over a year with no luck. I had been fighting to get an appointment with a location my insurance deemed acceptable for months with no response. Finally I decided to just pay out of pocket because of the immense pain I was in. I was in and out of that appointment at bright dental WITHIN THE HOUR. I was incredibly nervous but everyone in the office made me feel at ease. When I got in the chair I was numbed and the extraction itself was painless. Since the appointment I’ve experienced such relief too; I’m n out waking up with headaches from the pressure and pain. I’m getting the rest of my teeth pulled at this office and probably any other dental appointments I have in the future honestly. Is it weird I’m excited to get my teeth pulled?

I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment and they still were able to help me fully. They were concerned about my safety and told me that not to rush and drive safe. Once I arrived into the office, I was helped right away without any issues. The staff was friendly and very polite. I had a good experience at Bright Smile. Very friendly to the military community. I highly recommend.

Dr Cliff Zmick is simply the best dentist in the state of Illinois. I now have to drive over an hour to see him and it is so worth it. The most thorough dentist you’ll ever meet. He taught me how to take care of my teeth. Now I love going to see him because my teeth are finally in great shape! Very detailed Dentist. 10 stars on a 5 star scale.

I went in today for a dental exam and I was late and forgot the papers I was supposed to bring and the receptionist and the dentist were so kind and very nice. They still saw me when in reality they could of easily sent me away. The dentist was very nice and professional and made really good conversation as well. Definitely appreciated the service.

I will only have good things to say. I’m a new patient, I came in needing an emergency root canal on Friday 7/3/2020, while they were preparing to close the office for the 4th of July weekend. Dr. Vitkin immediately made me feel welcomed and got me into an exam room; she’s an absolute sweetheart. Dr. Jon came into the office (while on his own personal time) to handle the procedure and did a remarkable job. I’ve had the misfortune of having a number of fillings and “baby root canals” done in the past and I can’t express enough that this was the most pain free and comfortable experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. The priority was my immediate care and comfort, I wasn’t grilled/lectured about my dental hygiene and I never got the feeling of being a burden or annoyance for coming in at closing on a holiday weekend. I will be back, this will be my new dental office for my regular care and I encourage anyone needing a dentist to schedule an appointment here. My care was literally put ahead of their personal time. You don’t find care like too often these days.

Dr. Jon is very polite. When I had my partial fitted, he went out of his way and provided service to me in my first language, even though I understand English just fine. The hygienist lady is very relational and friendly, she always has a story to tell.

Dr. Vitkin is an exceptional professional! She has taken care of my smile for the last 8 years and has never disappointed me. I strongly urge you to give her a visit.

Weve been going to Bright Smile for more than 15 years. Weve had numerous fillings, crowns and extractions done here and have always been satisfied with the quality of work. Dr. Osovsky is serious and concentrated on work but he will talk about cars and European soccer anytime. Dr. Vitkin is very personable and has an untiring sense of humor.

Before thinking about going anywhere else rely your dental health to a family business that will put 100% professionalism in what they do. Convenient location and happy service. Recommend bookings instead of walk in.

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very professional. He is a dental hygienist and he is excellent. He has a gentle touch and the place is very clean and friendly.

I went about 6 years without a dentist visit. Naturally, trouble camepainfully knocking at my door. On New Years Eve. I called Bright Smile Dental and they were willing to see me within the hour. Dr. Marina Vitkin saw me and was beyond compassionate. She was kind and extremely sensitive to my anxiety. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. She took X-rays and called Dr. Jon to come in on his day off. Dr. Jon came in and was just as kind. He proceeded to make me comfortable in preparation for the removal. He was careful to not cause any unnecessary discomfort. Dr. Vitkin held my hand through the WHOLE procedure! I am newly committed to my dental care and am actually looking forward to my next appointment because of them. This place is GREAT, the staff is amazing.
