Do not rent space here! I had the same experience as the other reviewer. They dont respond to help desk requests and they wont return your deposit. I closed my account on good terms and completely paid up. However, they have held my retainer for over 90 days with no response. Ive opened multiple cases and filed multiple retainer return requests. I get no response from them. Still fighting to get this returned. Do NOT rent here. There are so many better places in the area, even in the building. P.S. - They also lost a $500 package.

Absolute nightmare. Hidden fees and lots of negative surprises. Still working getting my deposit back 5 weeks after the end of our agreement. Helpdesk is the only reference the employees have to give you, and no one from helpdeck replies. Incredibly frustrating, definitely predatory. Stay away.
