I have been working in Novel Co-working, for 3 Months. And I will admit it has been a great experience. The common area, is what really hooked me. It’s such a beautiful space. So serene and peaceful. The unlimited coffee and tea, is a added bonus. I gave 5 stars, because it definitely deserves it.

Best place to work! I love Novel Co-working. Our community manager always knows how to keep the atmosphere fun, the coffee machine working, and the beer tap flowing. The monthly get togethers are really great too. The offices are always kept clean and garbage thrown out. Truly a pleasure to work at and the Wacker Dr. location is prime.

When I am here, it is professional and well run. A great workspace - always productive when I am here. The mood is high and the people are great. Highly recommend it. One more thing, Chrissy runs the place with concern and has everyones best interest in mind. Incredible assert to the company. I first started renting office space with Novel in April 2019 after opening my Reiki and holistic health and wellness business a few months prior. I checked many of the other co-working spaces available throughout downtown Chicago, and Novel was by far the best option for me. Their spaces were perfectly sized and priced for my needs...and they were QUIET, which is a must for what I do! The staff (Dalila and Chrissy) have been super helpful and accommodating during my time in this space. They helped me to coordinate my move-in with furniture and numerous office supply deliveries, and they continue to support me with solutions for all kinds of requests/situations that come up as a small business owner. I love Novel and their team, and I plan on continuing to work in this space as long as I am in Chicago!

Our office has grown up in this Novel location. Over the years, we have more than doubled in size and Novel has been there every step of the way. Great office space and great location in the loop. I have enjoyed working out of Level Office Wacker. The location is great! The office is walking distance from home and strategically located in the Loop near the Merchandise Mart with many options for lunch and business service vendors nearby.
