I’ve called these brokers to book a load, made a deal, they said ok for me to get the load! Than they put me on hold for 8 min. Gave the load to someone else and they answered saying Im sorry we booked it! While the made a deal with me!!!!!!!NOT THE RIGHT THING TO DO, LOYALTY COMES FIRST AND IF YOU ARE NOT LOYAL TO YOUR COSTUMERS, YOU ARE NOT WORTH OF ANYTHING! I never leave bad reviews but now on, I WILL DO IT EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT BROKERS PLAY THIS WAY.

I booked a load with Chris on Monday. It was posted 45,300 pounds. I called the posted number because sometimes the weight is not always accurate on DAT. Chris confirmed that the load was indeed over 45k, I told him we cant haul anything over 45k, we hung up and went our separate ways. Chris calls me back about 30min later says that he just talked to his account rep and his account rep confirmed it was actually going to be 44,500 which was fine, i accepted the load. I received the confirmation and it confirmed the weight of 44,500 on there. Almost 2 hours goes by and my driver contacts the shipper for directions, they ask for his pick up number to verify the load. The shipper transfers us to the guy in the warehouse where he confirmed the weight is actually going to be 45,300. I call Chris and tell him to take us off this load due to the fact we cant scale that and ask for him to send me a TONU for wasting 2 hours of my time with this. He emails me to tell me he cant pay the TONU because the correct weight(45,300) is listed on the rate sheet.. I tell him the load tender says 44,500 as we agreed on not 45,300, then he changes the story up to tell me they cant pay my TONU because the driver was not at the shipper. I tried talking to Brian which was his manager hoping that he would do the right thing and pay us what is owed to us, that was a waste of time. Their lack of communication cost me a whole day and i still had to pay my driver out of my pocket for their mistake.

Working With way finder has been a good experience and Chris Fey is a man of his word on all situations and helped me when I was new to the business. Great guy friendly and just an overall good person. Always gives me good loads and never any issues when it comes to payment.

I been working as a carrier for Wayfinder, specifically, Ryan Walsh.Due to odd circumstances, my factoring company doesnt approve with Wayfinder, but that doesnt stop us from continuing our business. Ryan is a man of his word and has been sending over payments via Com Check without a problem. Hes the type of broker that loyalty and trust are key factors and he recognizes good business when he sees it. We need more Ryans in this world, and Wayfinder should be lucky to have him. *cough* give him a raise *cough*.

Im not sure where to start on Wayfinder Logistics. The assumption when it comes to most freight brokers is that as a carrier, you are nothing more than a number. That is not the case when it comes to this company. In my experience with Wayfinder, its almost like youre a part of their tight knit family. For me, this has been due to my rep, Ryan Walsh (The SilverFox, as hes called in the office). Ryans word is iron clad & his work ethic is second to none. Hes always checking in on weekends and off hours to see what more he can do to help us out. Ryan and Wayfinder are a major reason for my success in the transportation industry and I look forward to continuing our close relationship. Id recommend Wayfinder to any fellow carrier looking to grow a prosperous new partnership.
