We been working with Traffix for a quite long time, they are one of the best in the industry (if not the best). Our assigned representative is Micheal Shaub, a very professional and very honest broker (its very hard to find honesty in this industry but we are lucky to have found Micheal Shaub), and easy to communicate with. Please be aware of this company they book multiple carriers on the same load and they give it to the cheapest one . To be more precise there is guy named vlad at ext 226 he has a strong Russian accent u will recognize him by that.Just the caution for all the hardworking drivers and disaptchers out there.

Do not book a load with this company,they don’t pay for lumper services you will stuck at customer waiting for them to pay for the lumper services.

Out of business or soon, unprofessional, Horrible company, if you have other choices don’t even do business with this company. No paymentWe completed the load on 3/17/2020 for $300. They received Invoice and Pod on the same day 3/17/2020. I emailed on 4/17/2020 to check the payment status but they did not reply. After sending a few more emails they finally replied on 4/29/2020 “ As a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, our payment terms have changed to 40 days by cheque” Because I cc to my broker as well my broker asked AP department “The carrier has now requested this twice can we get an answer on this ASAP? Please advise what is holding payment up”AP department replied “we are missing the signed pod, a blurry copy was submitted on March 17, we need this so we can process payment, thanks” I resubmitted the darker copy of BOL again and AP department replied on 4/30/2020 ”got this and your ppws are complete payment will be issued 40 days after. thank you “AS of today 7/12/2020 no payment is received and they are not replying to my emails anymore. Stay away from them!

We work closely everyday with Matt Campbell, always there to help with all our needs. From dry and reefer to haz-mat loads, good loads and fair rates. Highly recommend building a relationship with Traffix, very reliable broker and that is very important to carriers.

After hours is the worse dont expect a lumber comeback Express code called for one and he says what code do you need me to change then says he will find the Express code. But never gave him a dollar amount.so where will he find this. Domt think they know what their doing. Not to mention very hard to understand . Regular business hour are very helpful.

This company does not treat truckers right in my opinion, it is also my opinion they try and wiggle out of TONU and Detention if paid at all. To me it seems they scour the DAT, I think they do so because they burn every good carrier out there. Also I forgot to mention when I tried asking about detention and asked to speak with a manager it was like they didn’t exist. I called for weeks and was either given excuses regarding management or they hung up on me. I even went to LinkedIn to try asking for them by name, the only one that would talk to me was Jeremy and he just cursed me out if I recall correctly.a quick google search shows Sabrina works there. Is reviewing your own company appropriate? I thought Glassdoor and similar websites were for reviewing your own employer. They must be desperate to look good based on my comments above.God bless the south

One of the best brokers i have worked with.

Check your rate conformation before signing, ours was short by 1000 of posted rate, after sending to them a print screen of load board, was told that it is another load and they cant pay that rate.

Would rather pull no paying loads for job hunts then ever pull another load for these rip off pos brokers.no I do not recommend them 1 load was enough.having to send ti collections to try to get the rest of the money owed to us
