OUR FACTORING COMPANY DIDN’T APPROVE YOUR BROKERAGE CREDIT AFTER WE BOOKED A LOAD. THE LOAD WASN’T SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP UNTIL THE NEXT DAY UNTIL 11PM. INSTEAD OF CARLOS NUNEZ ALLOWING US TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WITH OUR FACTORING COMPANY WHEN THEY OPENED. HE BLACKED LISTED US FROM YOUR COMPANY! THE LAST TIME I CHECKED IF YOU CANNOT GET PAID IF A BROKERAGE IS APPROVED FOR A LINE OF CREDIT AND YOU HAVE A NOA! We tried to tell him that but he stated he would write a false report to get us blacklisted! Great customer service skills your broker assistants have.

On September 02 2021, I booked a load with this company. The broker was: Rodger Felty, and the account manager was: Patrick Buttarazzi. The NTG load was: NTG LOAD # 4559317.I went to she shipper on time and was sent to another location. I went to the new location and was sent back to the original location. After coming back I was told by the shipper that th load was double brokered the day before and is no longer available.I emailed 3 times the brokers on this load so that they can pay me a TONU.And the stops. They all completely ignored my message. Ill never hall with brokers who dont care about truck drivers. Be aware of their practices and attitudes.Stay away from this company if you can.

Do not haul any loads from fromRochelle,IL to Melrose park.IL they made a rule of saying 4hrs free then you get the detention it’s takes the shipper 4hrs to load all the time and the place in in melrose park,IL alwys have some excuse of why they’re running behind and besides I have a hard getting detention from this broker and I alwys have issues getting paid on time so I really don’t like doing loads with them but I try to see if gets any better but no it hasn’t

I booked load with this company and the broker was demutre or worever they call is supposed to be 19 days to pay and I have dentention for 4hours 30mn never get itI will never recommend anyone to book load from themWhen you call they put you on hold for your life be careful truckers

Terrible. Due to a claim they hold all your other invoices that they owe, and do not even reply to your emails! This has been on going for 4month and they are just careless.

I have been in Transportation for 15 years and can honestly say that Nolan is the best 3PL that I have ever worked with and I have worked with A LOT of 3PLs. I have come to develop a great working relationship with many of the brokers and definitely with my carrier sales team. We have a system, a process and its seamless. We work together, we communicate, we ask the right questions to avoid any confusion or issues and I genuinely love working with them (and I think they would say the same about me). We have been working together for so long now that we can almost anticipate each others next questions and that is the best kind of working relationship that you can ask for. Team Dowling does a great job and I hope that I work with Nolan for the rest of my career.I didnt plan on writing a review, but after reading some of them, I felt that I should. Anytime a load has cancelled (which, it happens, just like drivers break down and have to cancel) Nolan has paid my drivers a TONU. Anytime one of my drivers had to wait longer than expected to be loaded or unloaded, Nolan made sure that they were paid detention for their time. Anytime one of my drivers were at a delivery that required a lumper service, Nolan was there to provide an express code, at time of delivery (no matter what time), to make the drivers life easier. They have always taken care of me and my drivers. They are the best, I will stand by that 100%, it is why I love working with them. Clear cut, excellent service, great communication, freight that moves and excellent staff....how could you ask for anything more? Anyone who had a negative review more than likely had issues with their own personal communication...IMO.Thank you NTG (and Sarah and Emily) for setting the example and being an absolute pleasure to work with. I have worked with this company many times in the past few years. I had very bad experiences, some average, but very little positive. Recently I booked a load with Jamir Deeble and it was nothing but problems. He told me he would take care of detention compensation (as I had all the proper documentation) HOWEVER he has been avoiding me since 02/22/21 (today is 03/03/21). Im VERY, VERY, VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this situation. I would absolutely think TWICE before committing to working with this company.EDIT: in response to owner’s replyDetention was paid TODAY (3/4/21) and I have emails to prove it.Detention was only paid because I posted this review and advised the broker I would be filing a complaint.

Book it and then you just wait and pass on other loads considering that you got the load .Then boom no reply or they said sorry someone in office just booked it.The reason I m putting in public bcz it’s happening a lot so we might stop bidding their loads.

Every time I book a load with Nolan - I have issues with a load. To reach them on the phone - almost impossible, so I have try to solve everything by myself. The broker Keon Williams. He never make any appointment - so be careful, so truck will always stuck in the shipper or receiver.

Ive been working with Nolan for many years. I cant say that they are my favorite company but they are ok. Their website is a bit annoying logging you off every 5 minutes, but in general I cant say a bad word about them.

Nolan Transportation in Chicago has gone above and beyond to make sure that our clients are provided the best service possible! I cannot say enough about the staff in this office, their attentiveness cannot be matched! Ask for Nick, you will not be disappointed!

The Chicago team is always available when I need to book loads, and if there are ever issues they get it handled right away.

Great company. Working with Fernando Rodriguez from Chicago office almost every day, hes as helpful as it gets. I casually send him my board with available trucks, he covers one or two every day of the week.Good after hours, no problems on getting detentions, layovers, lumpers or anything. 5/5

I called to ask about my detention and ofcourse rude people telling me I have to wait for customer to approve the detention ..well I didnt do the load for their customer I did the load for Nolan...thats how btokers make u forget about the detention..when told to give me number to customer to do the loads for them I was told its not how it works..right the contract was with Nolan not their customer..stay away..

Booked 1 load each day for the past week, without asking more money, they canceled those loads within 15mins from booking. managers refusing to explain why their associates book and then cancel for no reason. looks like they are selling loads that they dont even have, double brokering much ?

I picked up a load from Midstates Rail going to Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad 1 Hilton St Bradford,PA 07.01.19 and i arrive in Bradford,PA next morning, the guy there told me they dont have a forklift to unload me and he told me nobody tell them that i am coming, so he told me to go somewhere and wait till they find a bigger forklift, when i ask him when he told me maybe tomorrow or after the 4 th of July we will call u, i waited there 6 days the broker was not answering our calls,they did not called me so i went back to Midstates Rail in Chicago Heights,Il to return back the load, and all this for free,the broker was Nolan Transportation Group, LLC and the account manager Tyler Piatt,never book loads with NTG

Guy calls us looking to do business and after I told him we do not use freight, he hangs up without a second thought. You wont get very far cold calling and hanging up on people. I was going to ask for you contact information in case we had a need for your services, but I guess I will call someone else in the future. It doesnt cost anything to be courteous.

I will give NTG 1 star for having availability, however they deserve 0 stars for their customer service/operations failures & accounting mishaps. Brokers, operations & accounting do not work cohesively together. Accounting will send you an invoice 2 months - or more after loading -without any back up. Also will send invoices without container numbers - wrong shipping references. They will also try to get away with billing for chassis, and splits that were not valid. They have also charged me different rates than what was quoted.So this makes it impossible to keep the accounting straight. There was always an issue with the broker whining to me about the delays with shippers. (IF getting paid wait time - what are you crying about??) I do not pay the broker fee to listen to BS. That is your job. Think I was just dealing with a Rookie who wanted numbers - but didnt care about customer service on the account. This person claimed their service was second to non, even after all the failures were pointed out.Worst mistake in this industry I ever made was using this broker. I should have just loaded first available with a quality broker/trucker. They may be good for some customers - but our company will never use them again. No structure/organization, or updates on changes with loads. Not confirming receipt of revised DOs. I can go on about the service failures of this company. However am sure the companies that have banned them fully understand. Lesson learned.I suggest they have someone that works for them get a job at ITG Transportation - in order to see their model up close. I moved 4 loads with ITG after exhaustively using NTG. Not a peep from them on any issues. Just updates as to the appointment time/loaded/ingated. Pre invoice that does not deviate from the quote. They are 5 Star. I would not even move a load with NTG for free at this point. Its about numbers for them, not quality service. Sad.

After repeated sales calls and emails, I had decided to give NTG a try and allowed them to quote several lanes. They came back with a good price, and I proceeded with scheduling of 1 pick up. NTG underbid a lane; failed to get a carrier on to pick up as scheduled; missed 2 scheduled pick ups for 1 delivery; stated it was because it was Friday. They then proceeded to tell me how they provided good service for telling me of the first missed pick up (though no communications on the 2nd, which they decided to cancel with no notification). I would strongly advise against working with this unprofessional freight carrier. If you do decide to work with NTG be prepared to have them bid low to earn your service, when proceeding, tell you the rates on that lane will increase after that pick up. Then, not follow through on the pickup they underbid, followed by multiple people in the organization send you unprofessional emails without an apology for their service (or lack of).
