Showed up 15 minutes early. They gave me a door. Waited 4.5 hours before anyone did anything. The locals driving on the city streets drive like they are fleeing Afghanistan. The only thing I DID NOT see was a city bus passing me on the sidewalk. Dont feel sorry for a couple hundred of them getting shot every weekend. They seem to be trying to check out of the world.

If you don’t have a very clean trailer don’t waist your time. They reject my trailer for no reason. Don’t come in here. 0 stars

By appointment, fast pick up,make sure to clean your trailer before you go there

This place is very strict on appointment times. Also you have to have your backing skills on point if picking up or delivering to this place.

Not the easiest place to back in but decent place to go to. Make sure your trailer is clean and you have the right pu numbers. By appointment times dont arrive to earlier they wont check you in. Usually load ulyou fairly quickly

Will come up with any excuse not to load you. You will wait hours for no reason. Very heavy loads of 43k. Dont come early but be prepare to wait atleast 3 hours to pick up.

On check-in @ 1100, informed my appointment was for 1400; lady made a call & told me product ready so gave me a door. Loaded & ready to roll by 1215. Little tight; youre backing into a cave with tractor outside in the sun but they were assigning every other door day I loaded. Take your time and youre going to be fine. My experience was great.

Check in at your appointment time only,get a dock then keep patience for another 3 hours, make sure trailer should be cleaned, no nails should be in trailer

Had to wait 3.5 hours to get loaded, not in a hurry to get you in and out.

Bad way to go there and bad service over there especially the old guy at the front disk🤨Appointment only..

Guys, take care of your time and nerves. this is a disgusting company that kept me for half a day and then canceled the load because of a few nails in the floor. I was ready to fix it on the spot, but I was not given a chance despite the fact that I was waiting for them for half a day. stay away from them.

This place has wasted my time clock. I was here 30 minutes early. I’ve been backed into a door for almost 3 hours and they haven’t loaded the first thing on my trailer.

This company will waste your time. You will lose a day of driving. I came at 11:30 am. They said wait for you time between 1 to 3 . I am waiting for one of the docks to come available. At 3:30 I pull in . They come to me at 4:00 and say there is glass in my truck. I said give me 5 minutes to sweep it out and they fight with me and tell me I am late. This company is unorganized and do not care if they waste truckers time and cost us money.

Good place, polite workers, they have a new Manager I met and he has structure it seems. If your late then of course you will need to wait for others that were on-time.
