Never had a bad load from them and we are averaging 4-5 loads per week. Whenever we request detention - it gets approved on the spot, if you need to reach someone they have a great team of professionals to give you a helping hand 24/7 and actually jump right into the issue without wasting countless hours on sending emails to the customers, shippers etc. Do not get fooled by these negative reviews, this company is outstanding!
