So far so good. Very small place with no parking except the street. I didnt bother to get here too early based on other posts and that worked well for me. I only had to park on the street for 10 minutes and then got my door right at my 9am appt time. Hopefully unloading will go as smoothly . Be safe out there!

Why does every lineage have to be so unorganized? I think the upper management of lineage must be pretty bad at their jobs. Its not just one Warehouse thats bad, every one I go to is horrible. I waited 3 hours on a door. 3 hours to load my trailer. And an additional hour to get paperwork. I never understand why they cant do the paperwork while theyre loading the trailer. Why do we have to wait an additional hour to get paperwork?

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees were. I read the reviews before I made my delivery and was expecting a total mess. But the facilities were very nice. The restroom was spotless and smelled fresh. And it seems the parking lot I was dreading has been freshly paved. Of course your driving in the windy so the rude and dangerous driving of the foreign drivers is to be expected. I had a 2:30 pm appointment. I checked in at 7am hit the dock at 9:30 and was driving away at 10:30. Hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Multi- million dollar facility built on very valuable property but they did not plan for traffic from their neighboring businesses. So, there is a narrow street, narrow entrances, no place to park (streets are not parking lots), check-in/out is inefficient, loading/unloading is extremely slow, trailers and CARS(!) in their lot where trucks maneuver resulting in a constant traffic jam for every surrounding business. They have an empty lot perpendicular to their facility...but its blocked-off. COO should be fired. Absolutely no excuse for this level of inefficiency...and yes, I do have a very easy, quick, and low-cost solution.

Very rude staff., they dnt see u at receiving office window and are busy doing their calls .,do not come early they let you come in just half hour earlier than your appointment time.,no parking., absolutely no overnight parking.absolutely no value for time., i came here 8pm and got out next day 8:30 PM more than 24 hours waiting time. once they take you papers and write your contact on them do no go in again to ask just go to shell or pilot gas station nearby and wait for their call. no point of visiting in again even if its been many hours waiting.,because visiting in not gonna help.no parking on street you can be ticketed.

Was here at 2am checked in at 7am appointment was 8:30am woke up with tickets attached to my truck for no parking. They didn’t get me into door until 1:20pm and still waiting to get unloaded where I was parked didn’t have a sign saying no I parking

Staying 30 min already. About 5 trucks in front of me waiting for the dock. Behind me 2 trucks also waiting. We are on the street with a traffic of the local cars. I even didn’t enter the property and I already hate it LOL

Nope. Been sitting down the road for 6 hours and counting now. Thats 6 hours past appointment time. No call, its 930 pm and tried to call to see whats up and no answer. The dirt lot is 2 miles down the street, dont think theyre 24 hours so no way of seeing whats going on from 2 miles away. Place is a joke, people are rude. Think we have all the time in the world

After you get checked in.it will probably be best to turn right heading east on 65th st and go to the next building over where the next soon to be warehouse is being finished to wait for them to call you.me and a few trucks were also able to stay over night.Hopefully things will be a little quicker once the new place is up and running

If they tell you they will call you with the Door number.. you might be waiting here all day.. you can see empty door but still you need to wait on street for the Dock..

I checked in at 7:14pm was loaded before my appointment time at 8pm. The thing is they loaded all the pallets double and I was over weight on my drives by 2800 pounds. And also their docks are the ones you don’t need to open the doors. So they didn’t put my load locks back in. When I came back with my over weight scale ticket the door they loaded me from was still open and I saw my load locks. If I wouldn’t of seen them I would of lost them because they put a seal on you before you pull out of the door. Also not slot of room for staging. Very tight with all the trucks there.

Absolutely in the top 5 worst places I’ve every been to in 14 years of running a reefer. No parking available...double parked in the street while waiting to be called to door. Have to move every 5 minutes to let other drivers out of facility.

One star is too generous...they give out instructions to get to a vacant lot, but you cant get out from your street spot to go the 1.5 miles to the lot! Genious!

Had a pleasant experience with checking in, its just this spot has zero parking. If you dnt have overnight parking, then loading and unloading times need to be super fast. I read the message attached to this warehouse and it said park in vacant lot and walk across the street with bills!!! I get there a little early and there is no more vacant lot, its paved fenced parking for maybe their employees. So if you coming here youre in for a tight squeeze

Make sure u know when ur delivery appointment actually is...I found out when I checked in 3 hrs before the real appt time...u can check in 1 hr early and I suggest u do...they have a very large lot down the street for parking while u wait ...I suggest u do that too because the other reviews are not lieing....u will either be run off by the local police or have to constantly move forward and back to allow others to move around...they really should allow u to go to the vacant lot and check in by phone...its a dead end street so u have to do a flip thru the dock parking area and theres what i assume mt or staged tlrs...I dont think they close the gate on the mt lot I spent the night there after my unload and had no issues...I even saw the local police come sit at the entrance at one point..

Check in 6 am pacific time . All done 8:30 am pacific not bad . Guys works fast, but previous review was horrible. By my experience good place.

I had an appointment for a Friday night at 7 pm. I showed up 45 mins late and was expecting a late fee because of all the comments BUT I was NOT given a late fee at all! I waited on the street while standing outside talking to another driver so that I could watch out for police like the reviews said. I was given a door 45 mins later. 1.5 total time unloading with no lumper fee. The 2 other drivers I had talked to had been there since the day before and there is literally no where to park so they had to stay awake all day long to keep moving out the way so people could back in. One driver stopped an employee and bribed him with a pack of cigarettes to get in a door and that employee put him in a door 20 mins later!!!! It seriously depends on here you talk to here if you get a door or have a fee or not.

Beware: unloading here will be an all day affair. Absolutely no stage parking. On the Street, $500 citation. Jam the lots, can,t get in or out. Charge double or triple to come here, your entire day and maybe the next will be lost.

DRIVERS BEWARE!! I arrived at 10:30am for a 12:30pm Del. I didn’t get m/t till 5:45pm and missed my reload. This warehouse is not Professional Freezing Services anymore. (Which was anything but professional.) Eddie G. Sold it to Lineage Logistics. There is no parking. No where to stage your truck when you check in & no one cares. Present Drivers License upon check in. There is a $300 fine if you are even one minute late. Leave your trailer doors closed, they will open and close them from inside. They do not plow or salt the lot. If it snows it will be a sheet of ice. Sometimes a Roach Coach shows up. Be sure they will catch the door of your reefer on the dock plate. Good luck.

Long way to waiting and no space for parking, only 3 trucks can park on the road. Road has dead end. If you be late yours appointment you will pay $400 and will waiting about 3-5 hours.

Do not bother going in early.They said if you want to get unloaded early it would be $400 to get unloaded before appointment.Since the load is paying $350 for a local run. Its a good deal to get unloaded for $400...These guys are a joke...

This place is an absolute joke. Slower than any other place Ive been to waiting forever for them to unload 9 pallets. Dont park on the street its 500.00 fine.

Small yard and tricky backing. Long wait and they got the load wrong. 22 short on one item 22 and 4 over on two others. Cost me better than 6 hours and my next run.

Loaded me SUPER FAST but then had to wait nearly an hour just to get my bills. And why you may ask? The girl who prints then went on lunch break. I dont deny her a break, we all need them, BUT, there isnt one other person who can take the 2 minutes needed to click the print key so I can sign and go? I dont get paid by the hour, but, they seemingly dont care, Im just a low life driver.

Stood at the check in window for ten minutes before the young lady eating her cream cheese bagel acknowledged I was there. She was 3 feet away in front of her computer. I had 8:35 appointment 1 1/2 hours later still not in a door.

If you’ve got an inbound load here then you’re in for a long wait, their warehouse is full...full to the point that they are refusing all deliveries with no reason given to carriers or drivers. I’ve been here since 21:30 on Wednesday, it’s currently 08:30 on Thursday and they won’t even acknowledge my presence in the receiving area, no eye contact, they walk by me like I’m not there...so if you’ve got an inbound load don’t even bother showing up here.

I can’t complain... apt at 5:00 I got there at 4:30p and once they decided where I went across the street or down the street or back to original address...yeah run around but I was in door by 6p and gone by 7:45p ish so not bad they have small parking and parking spots on street hold about 3-4trks if drivers park right but it’s easy off 55 ..b safe and have a good ride!

I would give this place less stars, if it were an option! After arriving last night, with plenty of people here, to unload us, we were turned any because of a mix up with numbers. There is no where for a big truck to park here, and if you park on the street, you get fined. We found a place to park 45 minutes, one way, away. We came back today at 10- am, and after a brief conversation, we were told we owed them 300.00 late fee! Ok, so, after filling a com data check out for the amount, and taking it in, it took an hour of being ignored,at the window, for them to charge us to take their load, and after ALL of this, we were then, put on Will Call! This is a wanderful place.....to leave.

Everything is wrong here. No parking, Rude Check-in staff (she texted and giggled on her phone for ten minutes before even acknowledging me...from three feet away). Lumper fees are higher than average. My appointment was for 6pm, got a door at midnight, bills around 2am. Bring your best driving skills and patience, you’ll need them.

Slowest service ever!!!I’ve been waiting at the window for 40 minutes just to get sent to their other building across the street and from that building back to this one, and again the girl from the window was acting like I wasn’t there at all, talking on the phone, talking and laughing with warehouse employees.Btw parking is a completely mess, lucky if you get first and you’re inside the yard.

Horrendous... absolute horrendous place to deliver. They have dozens of trucks lined every where and assign wrong docks creating an huge cluster.. 9hrs waiting to be unloaded and I had a fresh clock.. completely drained my and cost me money

NO PARKING!!! We had to juggle our trucks around in front of the dock doors until they call you with a door. Then they thought i was crazy because i couldnt find my door. Turns out they left the door open just enough to hide the numbers. Plus there was a trailer in every other door so i couldnt see any of the numbers. You guys should really put the numbers above the doors. Makes a terrible experience that much more terrible.

Besides the parking this was not very bad at all . Lady at desk was nice and professional only waited 45mins for a door dont see why the bad reviews. Only reason not 5stars is the parking

The dirt lot you see in the satellite photo, thats mentioned in other reviews as a staging area is no longer there. DO NOT go to the end of the street, you will get stuck. Pull into the dock area to turn around and go back out on the street to back in to a spot along the curb if theres one available.

I checked in a couple of hrs before appt. I was not allowed that. Checked in 30 min before appt. One hr later i had a door. After backing into the door they started unloading me immediately. I was empty and had paperwork in 2.25 hrs total. Not bad for all the bad reviews.

One of the worst places I have ever had to deal with. We have delivered to this location several times now over the last month and they have yet to get us out in less than 3 hours and we were not late once! When you call to get assistance you get the excuse they are busy and have the driver talk to the dock. The only problem is the dock does everything they can to avoid the driver once they get the ppwk! If our customer that was sending us in there was not so good about paying detention we wouldnt even bother with this place! Absolutely awful!!

Had a 1600 appointment on 7/14 had Fresh Meat and got here at 10am they backed me into a door immediately and started unloading me @11am finished at 1130. Have a restroom but must get key from front desk.No overnight parking but a Pilot and a Circle K about a mile south but both are fairly small but new.Leave doors shut when backing in the will open them from the inside.

Lazy people here, take couple hours to get empty.👎

Worst place ever. 0 🌟. My appointment time is 7:15 I got here around 6:30 got in a door 7:30 its now 12 pm and they didnt start unloading me yet. I went in the office to ask whats the hold up and they said its going to take 10 to 12 hours to unload me really? Plus he said it with attitude? If they knew that theyre going to take that long they should have started unloading me the moment i get in the dock? I saw about 10 trucks came in after me and theyre all gone this is ridiculous? Whats going on do you guys care about truck drivers? We are making sure you get your load ontime do the same for us.

Had a great experience here for my first pickup. Load was scheduled for 8pm so I arrived at 7pm. This was during the artic freeze week and had recently snowed. Got a door immediately and was loaded in a hour and sent on my way. Today is the following week and just booked another load from same customer and hope to have a similar experience. Two hassles were no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and the local traffic off 294 to reach and leave customer.

Arrive at 5p for a 6p appointment. Wasnt called to dock until 1am! Then, they called at 2am to say the BOLs were signed. They werent. Waited 45 minutes for paperwork. Pulled out and they had pulled of the product for next stop! Lost my load home because of their incompetence. One of the worst places Ive ever been to!

We had appt in the morning show up and was told its 7:30 pm broker been communicating with this people trying to unload ths truck earlier and at 7:30 pm they telling us that appt is 12:30 pm and not even explaing why are they keep moving appt or giving wrong information.

Loaded me over gross. Went back with scale ticket. they refused to take anything off just moved things around and made me go scale again. Tried to do the same a third time I refused to leave the property over gross. Ridiculous waste of my time. Had to get delivery appointment rescheduled.

Appointment was at 6:30. Got door at 8, done at 10. Three starts for allowing overnight parking.

Warning, dont pick up a load there if you know you going to be late. The fine is 300$ if you have an appointment and you are late and 400$ if you dont have any appointment.

No more Truck parking At this place, they used to have a parking lot across the rd, but not anymore. Don’t come 30 mins to 1 hr before your pickup/ delivery appointment.( Don’t be late either, they charge big $$$ if you are late )very hard getting in and out due to all the trucks parked on the street too.

Hope you never have to make an appt at this place. You will get put on hold for a very long time. Called 5 times yesterday to schedule an outbound appt, every time I was immediately put on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Then when they do pick up it sounds like a comedy club in the background. You guys might want to change your name from Professional to something different like DGAF or UNPROFESSIONAL Cold Storage.

Place has good people and have been treated well there, they are going thru growing and construction pains along with trying to run and train staff for new facility across the street. If you can catch him, there is a very good taco truck stops there. Delays can be frightfully long.

Came here on the scheduled appt on time. It was Friday. They simlly stated we do not have enough room for that freight - rejected - come back on Monday. My trailer is not a free storage for your freight .... They won’t check you in unless your parked across the street in this rough parking lot that is tight to get in. Then they have trouble finding your appointment and want to charge you $300.00. But once you get in a dock it’s not to bad delivering anyway.
