Booked a load with Joshua, we drove 40 miles to shipper, load got cancelled and he refused to issue a TONU. Called his colleague Justin, he said he is not issuing any TONU, although we drove 40 miles to pickup. Absolutely horrible team. Because of brokers like you this industry is stressful.

TQL it a ok company would be better if they take care the carrier with support and detention pay and other things!I have only one person from TQL that give me a good support, the others only when you book a trip talk to you after booking you are on you own.

My experience with TQL has been a good one. I work with Craig Smith out of the Chicago area and do a ton of business with him. They not only help me keep my trucks moving but, they help me keep my freight moving as well.

For the most part, the brokers i book loads with show great customer service. The rates I get are pretty good but they are always willing to renegotiate a rate if possible. They even call me sometimes to offer me a load. I enjoy working with TQL.

Had some problems with incorrect addresses but the broker was great about getting us where we needed to go. With three pickups they helped us stay on schedule. Daniel was awesome.

As a carrier I can tell is great to work with TQL, they are very professionals and you can always count with them to help you out, also they have great rates for the loads.

Do not work with this broker. Truck broke down. Delivered next day no problem. Charged me 500$ for late delivery and they knew I was in shop and sent them receipts for repair. Blocked 9000$ in payments till I agree with late fee. But if I have a layover with them have to fight for 150Bigest crooks in business

TQL is my broker of choice by far! Its very rare that I ever encounter any issues with loads I pull through them but when I do, they take care of the carriers just as well as our customers.

Be aware owner operators!I have been waiting on detention for PO: 14135670 for 2 weeks now as they kept my driver for 8 hours at first delivery.I can only imagine what the charges would have been if my driver showed up 8 hours late.I have contacted the broker John Levine multiple times but no response.When you are in a load they call you multiple times a day but once you finish and ask for detention they dont care anymore.

Refused to pay a 14+ detention and blamed our company for damages to a trailer we did not cause. Horrible experience with this company.

I do tons of loads for TQL every year. Id put them in my top 5 favorites of companies to haul for.

Please do not work with this broker !!!!! No respect to the carrier and drivers after many years working together . No detention paid, no layover even was their mistake by not scheduling appointment properly.AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOIDSo many brokers up there that you can trust and rely on but never on TQL

So far so good with one or two brokers who will lie and try to hurry my drivers only to find out that the load is not even ready. oh when arriving at the shipper there is no guarantee that the load will be taken on time as their is no detention because it was not on the rate con. and its the story on both dry and refer loads. as i said just a few seasoned broker who are aware of the situation so they hide it.besides that company has a-lots of loads and always keeps my fleet busy. just few rotten apples out of 4000+

They are liars and when they make a mistake they blame the driver. there were shipments that they did not pay for. arrest the same. after 8 hours it was loaded and they didnt pay anything. I make incorrect appointments from one day to the next. They are not professionals, neither how they treat you nor how they work. they put loads on the stock exchange with totally wrong, lying locations. To avoid. DON T WORK WHIT THEM

Worst company to work with. Save yourself time and don’t do business with them. Let the invisible hand do its work and eventually this place will go out of business for shady business practices.

I really wish the TQL brokers would respect the carriers time and effort. Usually had good relationship with others, but this broker, Ryan Queen, was very disrespectful. He made me wait a whole day, and said next day - no detention without even requesting it. This load was from NJ- MI-IL. Dont contact this broker, the receiver in MI will make you wait so long but the broker wont even move his finger for detention.

Absolutely love working with TQL Broker Sam. His awesome communication and honesty make TQL one of our favorite companies to drive for. I truly believe he has both TQL and our interests in mind when it comes to fair rates. Have not come across that very often! A rare GEM!

If its not on your contract dont expect to get detention. Im so over their practices.Response to owner: the only conversation that needs to be had is with your own people. Ive done this with you guys before. You want to pull me to the side to tell me the same thing the last person told me. The bottom line is neither you or anyone else working for TQL would be willing to work for free. However, you expect drivers to give you our time for free and you always seem to add more and more to the burden of the driver. No time for free is acceptable if you want to know the truth.

Bad business practice. Will not honor agreed rates and simply short pay your load. They will lie to you and send you whatever rate confirmation needed just to complete the load. Worse part is, they’ll admit they agreed with you and still not pay. There is no one to talk to past carrier relations. They just act like they are there to solve problems, but in reality will just give you the run around. They will keep you sitting in the dark with an issue unsolved.Very simple - don’t haul TQL.

I have been in trucking Industry for about almost a decade now. And I must say the ignorance of this company is beyond comprehension. I have hundreds of loads for this company. I have lost several drivers to this company due the harassment they place upon them once get loaded on a load. (Ive had a driver leave my truck and trailer in a middle of a load because this ) They wont honor your detention time, layover, or even truck order not used fees. And as soon as you take it up with management or carrier relations, as I see someone telling everyone to email, you are spoken down to and a rate deduction. Just recent;y I did a load cross country for them and they deducted me $1000 on what is already a low rate to begin with. I was on time for pick up for the pickup/delivery with no damages, and clean proof of deliveries. Not to mention I have caught them more than a few times double even triple brokering. These guys are truly a double standard to this industry. If I could i will give them negative stars

Terrible hiring practices. First they call me a say they are impressed with my resume and ask me to come it to interviw for the september class. If you come in and you dont look like the rest of them (white) then everything instantly changes, after we met for the first time they then said that there are no more openings for the september class and to waot for the october class. Despite scoring 100% on all four test and finding 6 confirmed references (which is ridiculous) On my second interview which was a month later they show concern about my resume which is why they called for a inyerview in the first place smh. They didnt even let me know that they were no lomger moving forward with me i had to email them 3 days later. There was literally no reason not to hire me. No worries .. the entire trucking business will be mostly automated anyway with uber freight and self driving cars. What goes around comes around.

I cant believe it, but im giving 5 stars for TQL . it was time, when they where canceling loads last minute, chewing gum and yawing while giving details on the phone. they where on my last call list to book a load ... But for 2 years i have no issues, polite Brokers loads are exactly what was posted, no more canceled loads on the way for a pick up and no more cheap rates ... they are my on my first call list

Broker Matthew Layman, very unprofessional and rude person, scheduled wrong appointment and then never try to work things out, instead hiding and even yelling for no reason, updated, he just called and try arguing again, instead of paying for your mistakes and apologize

Just horrible.They will book with you and cancel within 10-15 minutes (because they found somebody else to take the load for a cheaper rate)AND if you complain about anything (compensation for detention or overlay) they will deny it and tell you in email to “drop it” (word for word on an email from brokers Micah, Samuel, and costumer account specialist Daniel Benak)Is this how you treat your carriers? smh.

The receiver kept me in the dock for 8 hours to remove 2 pallets. This put me behind schedule for my next drop as I ran out of hours in the dock and had to meet my mandatory 10 hour break. I called my broker and he told me i had to be on time for my next drop or I would be fined $500 late fee.I said I was exhausted and needed my sleep and he said he didnt care how I did it, just dont be late. He promised me a $100 bonus if I would be on time. That meant falsifying my my log book and leaving 2 hours early and not getting enough sleep.I dont care about the schedule, I care about getting there safely and dont understand why he didnt reschedule. When I got there I found out that they were first come, first serve and the scheduled appointment didnt matter at all.I was wakened early two times to his phone calls and harassed and told to get going.Safety should never be jeopardized for a time schedule.

My favorite broker. Always polite and soft speaking staff. always pick up calls and return calls. They are really 24 hour operation, anytime of the night they pick up the phone not like some other brokers who claim to be 24 hour operation but never pick up the phone in late hours, if you are hauling that type of brokers load and have problem at night then God bless you. No problem with detention, if struck at pick up or delivery for long hours. They say they pay in less than 30 days and they do if paperwork is correct. We have 4 trucks and our more than 50% work is with TQL because of these qualities TQL has, to sum up I dont think any other broker can match TQL. Thank you.

Unacceptable business practices!!!!! As I moved up to the shipper TQL called me, to be more specific Hannah Sherman called me and let me know that the load was cancelled. She put down the phone and that was that. THEY CALLED ME TO PICK UP THIS LOAD AND THEN CANCELLED IT!!!! THEY NEVER compensated me for the 128 miles of fuel and I will never get that time back! STAY AWAY!!!!

Hello everybody. Decided to relate my almost every load experience with TQL, about 95% of them are always canceled. I’m already 5 years in this bussines like an owner operator and now with my new company tried couple times to give them another chances and booked again a load with them wich off course was canceled again when I was driving alredy 50 miles for the pickup. Why I decided to write just now?? Because I got sick and tired of they’re kind of doing bussines wich is very not serious and very unprofersional..and also because I was covered this truck after this load again with another load and with wich broker I lost the good relationship..I had to cancel the next load because of that. Also you’ll never gonna get the TONU for that kind of situation..NEVER!!! What are they doing actually is..they gave you the load..and in the same time looking for somebody to haul the same load wich is already “BOOKED” for cheap..if they found that company..they will kick you off and that’s yet. Like that easy!! I’m not gonna haul with them again and recommand for you the same.. if off course you don’t like to work for free. Take care everybody and avoid unprofersionalism!! And TQL..so you’ll not waste your time..the PO# was 12181316 load from Arvada, CO to Gladstone, MO

Some of ur brokers r really nice n gentle. But u hv some broker who dont deserve to be a part of ur company or to talk to ppl on the phone. One of ur broker even call me a junk carrier, bcoz I m a owner operator or too small.

Bottom brokerage company.No courtesy, no business ethic, no simple conversation skills. The worst part this people are trained to work like that. that means company is all the way up same. Owners of the company definitely now what is going on that is the way they want to do business. Avoid them in any possible way. Even you have no option there is always option not to use them just wait another hour or another day but skip them you will save a lot by doing so. We tried to work with them but every time they will screw you after you deliver the load. Any claim on the load even minor one they will freeze all payments no matter if the load 1000$ and they owe you 50k or even if they owe you more they do not care.Response from the ownerResponse to the Response from the owner : there is nothing to contact about with you. just change how is you all people work. Any trucking company will agree with my words. the only reason you are still on the market that some people starving for the load and do not have experience with your company or some company`s are very young and have no idea who are you.

TQL he been really good to our company. We ran almost souly for TQL our first six months in business. I can’t say that the grass is greener with another brokerage. If i ever find myself needing a load TQL has one. Kali Thompson was a great find in TQL.

We do a lot of business with them but lately they are getting out of control. We are on a load with Melanie Hunt and she gave us a wrong appointment. We are loaded with produce which is decaying and we aren’t getting unloaded for 2 days . We is not answering the phone for those 2 days and the afterhours of course cant do anything. Since we are here for a long haul this has happened before and will happen in the future but this is the first time that we are totally ignored from the broker !!

Worst company ever! I gave them a shot maybe 4-5 years ago. The driver never showed up for the load, I could not reach my rep, and my customer did not get their shipment on time. So technically, weve never done business. I dont ever intend to. But, now their reps call here non stop asking for myself and other employees. Theyve even gone as far as claiming to be a relative of the owner in order to talk to someone. Seriously. Stop calling!!!!!
