Great little laundromat. The ladies who work here are very sweet and machines do the job. Incredibly clean compared to other places I’ve tried. Been coming here for over a year - well worth it !

Decent-ish laundromat. Cheap prices, mostly nice staff, clean when the right person is working. Quarter/change machines are out often, forcing workers to hand count quarters. Wash U on Magnolia and Wilson is much nicer in my personal opinion.

Update. The place is closed! Laundry machines are all ripped out. Dont waste your time going like I did.

This is my second time reviewing the Happy Wash. This time I took one star off because lately seems like the A/C is broken or something and its so uncomfortable hot inside. Other than that this is a great place to do your laundry. The staff is great, and if you use the drop off service they really go the extra mile. They would even take care of those stubborn stains.

To those people that give this place less than 4 stars: ITS A LAUNDROMAT. You place your clothes in the machine and you wash it, then dry it, then fold it, not sure what it is you expect. Ah ... maybe an avocado toast.People are so quick to judge and take off stars, its just not cool. Try running your own business and you will see how hard it is to keep everything running smoothly all of the time.In my view, its a pretty decent laundromat, i have zero complaints. Yeah the coin machine was broken at some point. But it happens to every laundromat. I think this place deserves at least 4 stars. Their washing machines are nice; the place is clean. There is parking you can use.I used their wash and fold service plenty of times and it was always quick and at a reasonable price.

Huge, clean laundromat with lots of washers and dryers! Big parking lot and conveniently located right off Wilson. I came in here for the first time this weekend and was surprised by how much of a rapport the owner and her staff have with their customers! Great, clean place to get your laundry done!

This used to be a nice laundromat but now most of the machines are broken. Not sure whats going on here.

Happy Wash drop-off service is everything Ive ever wanted from a financially stable life.

I just walked in with my cart of laundry and a woman walks up to me and (Im assuming she works here) asked me if I wash?. I said excuse me because I didnt understand her. And she repeated the same thing. I finally understood she meant are you washing here. I point to my clothes around the corner next to a machine. And say yes my clothes are around the corner. She then says because I dont have alot of change. No hello or sorry. Look I understand everyone is trying to do their job, but please have your staff observe first before they accuse someone of stealing from your change machine Im seriously wondering if she would have treated me differently if I didnt have a mask (mandated by the state to be worn indoors) on or were white.

This laundromat has a sweet staff but is very outdated with lots of machines not working or out of service.

I love Happy Wash! After tiring of my apartment companys pricing on our in-building washers and dryers I started scouting the neighborhood for a laundromat. Happy Wash is so clean and friendly! The machine sizes range from about the same size as a domestic washer to their GIANT ($6.00) and SUPER ($6.75) loads, which easily handle 2 weeks worth of laundry for me. My favorite part of Happy Wash is the free dry (when you wash there)! I can always get in, do a Giant load, fold and get out in a little over an hour. If thats not fast enough for you, Happy Wash offers to wash, dry, and fold your clothes for you, at a reasonable price. The attendants are always helpful and friendly, and the clientele is relaxed. Ive never run into belligerent patrons or too many kids running wild. Im more than happy to come to Happy Wash.

Happy Wash hits all the marks. The facility is bustling, but has great machines and plenty of space to do your laundry. What makes it a 5-star experience is the incredibly awesome staff that creates a real sense of community. This laundromat is a great reflection of the awesome neighborhood its a part of.

This place is nice! The name “happy wash” speaks to the good vibes here - nice people, bright signs on the walls, and really clean. Parking lot is awesome.

First time to Happy Wash on a snowy, Wednesday morning. There were only two other persons in it and yet I felt tense moving around the narrow isles.The laundromat is your typical city store front establishment-small space. I must say the staff was excellent, extremely helpful. There is a parking lot next to the laundromat which is a plus.What I don’t like about it was the free driers only run 10 minutes with the press of the button. Then I had to press again for another 10 minutes after the first run stops. All other laundromat that I went to, they all gave at least 20 minutes for each run. Since I was using 5 driers that day, I felt like I had to constantly watching and running around pressing buttons. No time to relax and that contribute to my tenseness.Nice place to do laundry if you do not have big loads. I took out 2 stars for small space and shot run for the driers.

The kind Asia woman keeps making go back there. Shes elderly and yet very respectful. Shes stuck in my mind. Good to be kind to others. Great customer service!

Love this place hate doing laundry. Lucy takes care of me when I drop off my laundry. I work two jobs and don’t have time to laundry. But ever time I have dropped off my laundry it is done great . And very honest several times I have forgot cash in my pockets. And she always returns the cash . Will always use this place.

Great prices and the machines wash very well! Ive taken my friends there with tons of laundry because we all love it! The dryers are free but only run 10 minutes at a time. I wish they had top loaders for delicates but oh well. They are rare these days anyway. The place is always clean and they take care if their bathroom. Ive been to many laundromats and this is fantastic for a small one. Im very Happy with my Happy Wash!

They keep the place clean and the prices are very fair. I only wish they would not allow people to eat or drink in there so that they would leave their masks on.

I was walking toward my softener I left on machine an the lady worker power walked to it took it an put it behind desk. I felt too embarrassed for her to confront her about it. Lol pathetic.

Has been going to this place for few years now. Great place. Very clean. Affordable prices. Free drying. Staffs are commonly friendly. Quite place to do your laundry in your own phase.

The attendant here was EXTREMELY nice and helpful! I had never been here before and was unsure of which machines to use. She assisted me and answered all of my newbie questions. She is continuously sweeping and whining things down keeping the place clean. I will definitely come back every time I need to wash my bedding!

Happy wash is my go to when ever I want to dry for free, the laundry machines I use are clean and work perfectly fine & when ever there is a problem with the machine they make sure you get you finish getting your clothes wash, they always make sure the clothes are clean when even there is a drop off, they also have a little area for kids and play cartoons for them, have been coming here for about two years!

We like this place. The owner is nice and leaves free coffee and cookies on weekends; the place is very clean. Maybe they will redo the parking area since its old.

Very clean but I didnt like the fact that I had to be issued quarters!

Free drying and free wifi. The washers are a little small, forcing you to use more than one machine for just one load. But the staff is nice and helpful, and its close. Its my usual laundry spot.

The asian owner was very nice and accommodating. IT was very clean. Five Dollars to wash and dry and she put my laundry in the dryer for me. She was good at story telling and very friendly. It isnt a dump and to dry your clothes its free!

Happy Wash Laundromat is wonderful! As a foreign person to this country, it was my first time to wash my clothes in the laundromat so I had no experience at ALL. The lady was extremely helpful, she got me through every step from putting the soap in the right container to getting my dolar bill exchanged in quarters, plus they have free wifi!

The staff are always so helpful and nice. The facilities are clean and there is plenty of room to fold

HORRIBLE!! Dont go here!! The little Asian lady is very rude and pushy. She basically forced us to use the more expensive washer in the front of the store. And then we had to wait while she played her version of musical chairs with the few dryers that did work at all. And my clothes still werent all the way dry, because people were waiting I could not let my stuff fully dry. It was warm, but when it cooled off I noticed that my stuff was still damp!! Place is a dump!!

Weve been going to this Laundromat for several years now. It is located in a friendly neighborhood, enough parking spots available if youre driving. There are several advantages here, compared to many other laundromats. Machines are very powerful, trouble free, efficient and the price ranges from 3- 6.50 depending on the size of the machine. the drying is free here if youre washing here, thats one of the most important things for me as I wash lots of blankets and comforters. There is onsite washroom, free wifi, plenty of seating area including a small childrens play area and coin machines available. No need to worry about demagnetized or corrupted cash cards. they also do wash and dry for you ! love this place!
