I walked in the rain to the laundromat to try and get quarters so I could come back on my lunch break to do my laundry, and the owner got in my face without a mask and told me off about how its only for customers and that I was lying to him. I get that rule, and I would have come back and just gotten quarters while I was washing if he hadnt been so rude, aggressive, and just straight up mean. They lost a customer before I could even do my laundry there.

Very clean and very nice staff. Got there early on a Sunday, not at all crowded. I like that they have multiple folding tables and barstools to sit while you wait.

They owner is very rude. He claims the store closes at 7:40 but the door says 9pm. Every time I go there, he yells at me telling me he closes at 9pm. He is beyond rude and very aggressive. I live right across the street but will never go there again. I feel it’s because I’m white.

Stay away from the drop off service, they will misplace your clothing.

Owner aggressively advanced on me, refusing to pull up his mask, because I’d overloaded a machine. Had to call the police.

I have always had good experiences at this laundromat, washing my own clothes. The place is very clean, and the staff will always put an Out of Order sign on anything malfunctioning, refund your money, and fix that machine within days. I have used this location on-and-off for over 25 years with very good results.

I found the owners to be really rude, and they tried forcing me to use a more expensive washing machine even though I knew my one item would fit into a smaller one. They would not keep their masks on while inside, and insisted on telling me how to do laundry as though I don’t know how to wash a comforter. I won’t be back.

Tried to call this business and ask a simple question. The woman who answered was so rude, and hung up on me. I called back to try and get my question out again and she got even more angry and started yelling over me... it was so strange, horrible customer service.. I’m glad I called first- they lost a customer before I even had to go down there...

The owners were extremely rude, refused to wear their masks or enforce mask-wearing, and almost physically attacked a customer for trying to call 311 about it.

Machines need work

Ive used this place a few times normal they do a good job. But once I found a few peace of clothing that were not mine. I got someone else bed sheet, wash cloth and a few socks. But this last time really made me angry. I found some holes in my tee shirt and a few soap stains. That were not there before!

These guys do pretty good job, but the last time I dropped off my laundry they didn’t return my bras. There were 3 of them.

Pretty spacious. Several machines were broken and not very clearly marked as being out of order. So we had to get the attendant to help us as we had already put coins into a poorly marked out of order machine.

Staff is extremely rude. Service is terrible. They gave me a bunch of clothes that arent mine so Im sure someone else has my stuff. Dont bother coming here.

Never had a problem here.Washers range from $2 to $4.50 and dryers are .25 cents for 12mins.

Pricey loads, but has free parking!
