Older man who works here always ALWAYS rushes me when I go in at 8-8:15 . Hours posted are last wash at 8:30. Curfew starts at 10pm not 9pm.As Im putting my clothes in he tells me we start closing earlier bc if curfew I say oh 9:45 like usual? and he says no 9pm I tell him they should change the hours then since they added the social distancing signs too and he said its not possible . Now like USUAL I have to guard my machine so he doesnt mess with it.WHY IS HE RUSHING ME IF LAST WASH IS AT 8:30 AND THEY CLOSE AT 10?
Its ok, I just wish they would change the closing time. They advertise close at 10pm but upon arriving they close at 8pm. I had an emergency to dry my clothes because my dry was broke😠
Very nice owner, he works hard to keep it clean, running, and friendly! Definitely would recommend. It just needs an atm lol
Its a great place to wash your clothes
The only laundry facility in my area with a nice friendly staff. They keep it clean and someone is always there to help if needed. Unlike the facility on Morse right off of Ashland where no one is ever on site and they wash and rinse your clothes in the same nasty water. The cycle be done in 5 min so you know your clothes are not clean and when you pick up the phone to complain they are very rude.
Their excellent customer service is a godsend for the laundromat market. I felt so important when I arrived and the entire time I was there. They care so much about the customer being appreciated
Doors at Econo Coin lock before 8pm. The hours posted on Google Maps says they are open until 10pm. Im guessing they changed the hours.
This is such an awesome laundromat. Simple and clean with the best owners ever. Theyre always willing to help you out and take a lot of pride in their work. Its such a nice place! As another reviewer noted, their change machines dont accept $20 bills but the staff is very kind about breaking your big bill for you!
The owners were incredibly helpful and attentive the entire time we were there! As soon as I walked in the door I had one of those laundry carts ready and handed to me, and was lead to appropriately sized washers, with suggestion on which ones to use.Huge load of laundry (almost 2 weeks worth of clothes from 2 people) ran $4.50 in the large washer, and a buck to dry, so not bad.
The owners and the general bussines is great. But employees whit bad actitud and not willing to help, or feel like they help if they know you
Me and my husband drop off our laundry on Sunday night and on Monday morning our laundry was ready. The man and lady that work there are very kind. We are happy that we find nice and clean place near our home.
Typically this is a great place. Usually very busy and people using too many dryers but the staff thinks its okay to sell food that is clearly meltedI was also turned away at 8pm with a 10pm closer time. If you close at 8... INDICATE AS SUCH they ruined my night. However I did procrastinate.
Been a regular at this laundromat for 2+ years now. The washer prices are a little steep, but far more affordable than most Chicago laundromats. The folks that work there are very friendly, and machines are extremely well maintained. Floors are kept clean enough that you never have to worry about if you drop an article of clothing, and the vending machines are kept at low snack prices, which is a plus. Lots of families here in the evenings and weekends though, so go elsewhere if you cant handle cute kids running around.
I personally think it is not the best because the drayers dont dry I put 1 quarter then it wasnt dry so i have to put 8 quarters to dru my clothes
Prices went up since I was there a year ago. From$3.50 to$5.00 per wash $$$$$. Looked like business was down. No wonder with expensive washers.
Love how its always clean
Nice clean the best machines in the neighborhood. Have been a loyal client since 1990.
My first time here and the husband and wife are awesome. They are so helpful Ive never been to such a helpful laundromat ever in my life ! I will be back
My go to laundromat. Always pleasant experience.
Well maintained & a helpful staff! Thats at least one more thing than I could ask for at most laundromats.
Well, its cheaper and faster than using the machines in my apartment building. Their change machines dont accept $20s but the staff may be willing to break one for you.
Clean. Staff was super friendly. All the machines worked.
Great ppl who work there always happy ppl
Free wifi plus vending machines plus ventilators plus all washing supplies and a bunch of washing and drying machines
Wonderfully clean.
But u have to pay for dryers
The older man who works here ALWAYS rushes me when I walk in at 8-8:15. The posted times are last wash at 8:30. The curfew begins at 10 p.m. M. Not at 9 p.m. M. As I put on my clothes, she tells me that we start closing earlier than 9,. I tell her to put up an announcement. They already have social distancing announcementshe said it is not possible to change hours. Now, as usual, I have to protect my machine from messing with it. WHY IS IT QUICK IF THE LAST WASH IS AT 8:30 AND THEY CLOSE AT 10?
It is wrong that the cleaning employee is rasista
Normal. They never had a hand sanitizer. Nor disinfecting towels, to clean the carts, the one who works cleaning, with the same disposable gloves, grabs the broom. Grab the Door, the Carts, clean surfaces with pieces of rags, with many bacteria, it contaminates more. So. Because the gloves are not changed, I think that the inspectors had to have come, from time to time, to be able to take hygiene measures. But where are they?
