Ive used Maytag for dry cleaning 3-4 times and Ive been happy with the performance theyve delivered each and every time. My clothes came back in great condition (even repaired when I didnt ask) and always in a prompt manner. Id very much recommend them for dry cleaning.The dry cleaning is CASH ONLY, so make sure you come with cash in hand.

Maytag Laundry & Cleaners is great! Way cheaper than any of the laundromats around.*Easy Breezy on Elston Ave. opened recently 01/20/17 and its very expensive. The others are worse.* FYI!This place is old fashioned but the machines are fairly new. Dryers not so new BUT they dry your clothes quickly. If you dont have quarters, youre screwed. JK. Coin machine available inside near entrance if you dont have any.Floors should get cleaned with a Swiffer and tables disinfected regularly. The tables arent dirty but it wouldnt hurt. HINT ATTENDANTS!Dry cleaning AVAILABLE. $1.50-$6 for shirts, suits, etc. Very affordable and a job well done.Parking lot is across the street! Do not park in front of the laundromat from 4PM to 6PM! Happy wash!

She is honestly this place’s biggest negative. It would be a 4.5 star review without her-I recently did a load of laundry where all my whites were stained with some sort of blackish oily substance. I don’t know what it is but I’ll give this place the benefit of the doubt considering I’ve been doing my laundry there all year with no issue until nowIn summary: good laundromat, watch out for the old lady. Don’t engage with her. Just don’t.

I always do my laundry at maytag laundry because is close to my residence and the staff is always very nice and helpful.

It is a good laundry. Some of the machines are quite old but they do have some new ones. The lady who works here evening shifts is very helpful. She helped me to get rid of the black stain on my white T-Shirt (even though I didnt ask her to. She just saw me looking over my T-Shirt and offered some help.)

I have had mixed results with the dry cleaning here dependent upon the staff that is working. A recent visit took me almost 3 minutes to explain that I want these shirts to be dry cleaned as Im pretty sure they thought I was with the off-site dry clean service. I left with the feeling that my shirts may not come back properly (which thankfully they did).Unfortunately there is staff that is at the counter that should not provide customer service. I once had shirts come back with makeup (concealer) on them as well, so that was another warning that I only had a couple more attempts before I went elsewhere.They are the closest dry cleaner to me, but I am now deciding to take my business elsewhere to due to the inconsistent service provided. Since they have at times given good service, Im giving two stars--but I would advise to shop around to choose a better dry cleaner in the area.

Absolutely terrible. Dont go here unless you have no other choice. Ive heard good things about their drop off service but thats because the employees know which machines actually work.Ive been going here for about 3 months because its the closest laundrymat to my apt, but every time I go multiple things have gone wrong. Only select washers actually work. Half the time I have to switch machines after putting change in already and the employees rarely give you money back. Ive had washers that look like theyre working but didnt use any water. The smaller dryers are useless, they dont turn at all even when you only put a handful of items in and it takes forever to dry. Had to throw away some underwear because they got melted onto the vent. And you have to clean the lint traps yourself because they clearly never do. Ive asked for my money back multiple times from multiple employees, one let me redo a wash for free and told me which ones actually work, but every other time theyve said no or insisted that it was working and waved me off without fixing the machine or giving me my coins back.Overall this place has the cheapest prices at first glance but the amount of problems alone isnt worth the time but you also will probably need to redo the wash or drying or both. Might as well go to a better laundrymat that has all the machines working and has AC.

I drive from Skokie because this is the most honest and inexpensive laundry I could find. I drop my clothes off and theyre all good to go on the next day! I give them 2 days out of respect.
