Affordable and good quality move out cleaning for a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms apartment. Most important for me they were on time.

My husband and I have scheduled move-in cleaning service with them even we have cleaned a lot of spots and had professional carpet cleaning. So we were expecting some details can be cleaned thoroughly with them, especially the bath rooms. They sent 2 maids and they came in on time! After 1 and half hour cleaning, the majority spots we can see are clean, however, the top of the shower head is still covered dust…comparing they spent 3-4 hours for 1-2 bed rooms home, our 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms only took them 1.5 hours...Overall, I would say they are Okay, not as detailed as what we expected.

I met Carla today from Chicago CleaningLand Inc. We made brief arrangements, and she texted me when she was finished. When I returned to the apartment ... wow!!!!!

I had an appointment for Monday night and got a call around 3 PM Monday and said they needed to postpone the cleaning until Tuesday night. It wasnt a big deal for me as I was available both nights but just unexpected. The cleaning women was at my 1 bed 1 bath apartment for almost 4 hours for a flat fee of $100 which was nice. She seemed to get all of the nitty gritty things in the bathroom and kitchen (which I wouldnt have wanted to do) but missed some of the basic things like wiping down the countertops. Again, not a big deal since that takes 5 seconds. Overall, a positive experience and would recommend to others.

MOVE-OUT Cleaning Experience:Pros:-Pay by the job, not by the hour - quick service (3 hours - 2bed/2bath)-Great cleaning for: fridge, microwave, bathrooms, and floorboards-Fairly cheap service in comparison to the restCons:-Terrible vacuum cleaner (had to go over all the carpet with a more powerful but regular vacuum, which cleaned much better)-Did not clean inside of stove-Did not clean windows-Did not wash walls-Did not wash carpetCustomer Service:-Arrived 30 mins early-Friendly service-Odd contact services. Called them 4 times, never answered and never called back.-Emailed ~10x back-and-forth with prompt repliesOverall:-I would recommend them for a quick move-out cleaning if you expect to put in an extra 1-2 hours of work afterwards. My roommate and I had to vacuum and wash the windows, as well as clean the inside of the stove. Otherwise, the $150 saved us time on some of the painful areas, such as bathroom, fridge, and microwave.-I would recommend the service, but with caution that it would suffice for a move-out, but not ~100% satisfaction. Hard to beat the price, so it was worth it since I had the time to clean afterwards.

I had to move out of my condo and have it ready for a rental. My kitchen was a mess after years of me not cleaning well. There was caked on oil/dirt on top of my refridgerator and cabinets. The drawers were filthy. And ceiling cobwebs from places that I couldnt reach. The cleaning service came in and made the kitchen look like new.The only issue was it took two days instead of one but understandbly so because of the condition it was in.I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.
