I have been using Chicago Clean Home for years and their service is consistently great. Carmen and her team of cleaners are so detail oriented, and they provide high quality cleaning for a good value. Chris and the office staff are also quite flexible and have saved me with last minute rescheduling a few times.

CCH did a great job cleaning my condo after a not so clean tenant moved out. They spent extra time in the kitchen and baths as one would expect and they were the best value out of 3 other cleaning companies I called. I highly recommend.

I had a deep clean done and, wow, they did an outstanding job! I was wary of paying for a deep clean, as Ive had other companies disappoint me in what they actually did. But, I was really impressed. Everything is spotless. Nooks and crannies, gotem clean! House even smells clean. Its so clean I can even invite my mother over. ;-) Ill definitely be calling on them again.

Wonderful job! Since we have been working from home for the last year, we have cleaned our own place; however, we never do as good of a job as a professional would. So we decided to have a deep cleaning performed and contacted CCH. The price was in line with our thoughts (not expensive, not cheap) and the scheduling was easily completed over email. The two arrived about 30 minutes early with a heads up text 20 minutes prior. And they got to work cleaning quickly! We stayed in a guest room out of the way with our dogs where we didnt need their services - and when we came out we were amazed at the difference. Little areas in corners of closets were spotless as well as lighting fixtures, and even the spaces between the washer/dryer and the walls of the utility room! The smell was fresh and not overpowering. A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath place with a dining room, formal living room and breakfast nook took them about 2.5 hours. Incredible. We will certainly be using their services on a regular basis going forward!

My spouse and I have used Chicago Clean Home for the past 6+ years and we cannot recommend them highly enough! They are super thorough, diligent, and flexible. We have a cat and a large dog and not only are they super good with them, they always make sure to get all of the pet fur!

The house was most certainly not “deep cleaned.” I received a follow up call after leaving a review, and excuses were made for the fact that there was still crumbs/dust under appliances, tables, and the sofa.The floor wasn’t mopped, and I was told it’s because this company uses swiffer. I paid $200 to have my house swiffered… which is famously subpar vs mopping.On the plus side, the women were punctual, had great communication as far as keeping me posted on arrival times, and they were all very kind.

Used Chicago Clsan Home twice thisbyear - once for a deep clean and once for a standard clean. The deep clean was pretty good, my standard clean was not good at all.Both times the staff seemed quite rushed - completing the entire job (800 sq feet) in less than an hour. When duating they push aside all your items and dont even attempt to put things back in place.Timing aside, the quality was just not there. My faucets in kitchen and bath were still dirty. The stove top was covered in residue. Bathroom mirror was streaky. There was a single bottle on the ledge in my shower and as you can see, it wasnt even moved.Reached out to the owner to try and find a resolution, however I was told that they would have done a better job should I had booked another deep clean versus a standard clean. This was never explained to me or mentioned and I find it frustrating that all I was told was that if I had spent more money they would have done a better job. Wont be booking with this company again.

This was the first time using their service. They were very meticulous and thorough in cleaning the condo. They were also able to organize the place elegantly. Extremely accommodating to put in the additional time required to get the job done. Would definitely come back for their services.

Women are always on time. They are clean, pleasant, cheerful and always bring their own supplies. They clean my home beautifully and willing do whatever is needed. They clean the inside of the refrigerator without being asked. They clean the stove and oven without being reminded to do so! They are excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It’s very difficult to find a good cleaning company that will do a good job, but gladly found them and I didn’t go wrong in choosing them. They were very thorough and asked about extra things that I might need to have done such as window washing. There was a small surcharge to the window washing but it was very reasonable and the windows look fantastic! I have had several cleaning companies come clean my two bedroom condo and they always miss certain spaces. This company sent two woman who cleaned every inch of my house including baseboards, small appliances, frames, candlesticks, and anything I asked. The floor was mopped spotless. They were also very nice to my toddler and cat.

Chicago Clea home did a great job cleaning my very dirty apartment. It ended up costing a bit more than their estimate but I felt the estimate was low to begin with so no problem there. My only issue was that there communication skills were not great. I would use again.
