Great job as always! Today was my third cleaning-service with Best Friends Cleaning Services at my condo. Some services require that you provide the cleaning equipment, but Best Friends Cleaning Services bring everything. You just let them in, and they take care of the rest. Very friendly crews, and I look forward to their monthly services!

I contacted Dalia early on a Thursday morning to schedule something for that Saturday. I was extremely happy that she was able to accommodate me since I was hosting a dinner party and I wanted to have my house clean. I also asked her that if Friday should open up I would take the vacancy. To my surprised she called me Friday morning saying she had a cancellation and the ladies could come that afternoon. I asked for my hardwood floors to be cleaned throughout the house, kitchen and bathrooms. I had to leave while the ladies were cleaning and didnt get back to see them go. Upon my return I found my floor looking awful, they were dirty and you could easily see how they didnt even swiped under my area rug. They have absolutely no experience with hardwood floors. Obviously I contacted Dalia, she convinced me to allow her to send someone the following day to correct the mistake. Second day was no better, the ladies came and they agreed with me on how bad my floors were. They mopped and showed me dirty dirty water, obviously they didnt clean my floors the day before. It gets worse my floors are clean now but NO SHINE they didnt use the product they brought because they said they were not sure that product inside was what the bottle said it was. So they recommend I go to the store and buy the product they regularly use so I can mop my floors and eventually make them shiny. Are you kidding me? So why did I waste my time booking them? So that I can get cleaning advice? And to top it off Dalia never contacted me to follow up on the second visit. I do not recommend this business..... update, Dalia did send me a text to check and apologize because the ladies confirmed how dirty my floors were and said the owner said I wont get charged. This was never about the money I have no problem with their rates, all I wanted was shiny, clean hardwood floors.

Best Friends Cleaning has provided wonderful service for me over the last year. They always show up on time, bring their own supplies, and they do a fantastic job cleaning (and the quality has not decreased over time) I have 2400 sq feet of dark hardwood floors and they are so hard to clean, but not for Best Friends Cleaning, as they do a perfect job everytime. If youre looking for a cleaning service who dusts the entire shelf and not just around items, cleans corners and baseboards, pays attention to small details, and is very trustworthy, you will be comfortable selecting Best Friends Cleaning.

They are my new best friends after what they did to my home. The deep cleaning is amazing. My fridge looks better than when we moved in. Oh my.
