Nice clean facility. staff is very friendly. I do wish there was more equipment but it has enough to get the job done. I have had a personal trainer in the past, the big surprise to me was the personal trainer here Jose!. amazing guy. Very sweet guy who paid close attention to what i wanted to accomplish, gave me more than i could ask for. Nutrition plan tailored to me and training guidance.Answered any question i had and what was cool is with their app i can directly text message him anytime of the day i want for any question or motivation. At times i felt i was bothering him too much but it kept me motivated. In all honesty he seemed to care more about my weight loss than i did.whenever we hit a plateau he took time out of his personal life to compose a new plan, weather it be meal or training to help me pass my plateau. I reached my goal and our time together was over but he still kept pushing me every time i came in and made me feel like i can keep going even alone. very young but you can tell he cares about his clients and fitness in general.I dont know if there is any other personal trainers there but i highly recommend Jose. Only complaint is they advertise yoga and self defense classes, however it seems its by appointment and they need a certain amount of members to sign up for there to be a class. i have yet to see a class take place. i really want yoga.

Very welcoming staff. Great equipment, never too crowded so you are able to workout without having to wait forever for someone to finish with equipment. Wonderful gym.
