When my husband and I purchased our 92-year old bungalow, we went into it knowing the our first major repair would be resurfacing the hardwood floors. And when you work with ADC Flooring, you will get an exceptional product for a fair price.Daniel completed the quote. He was punctual, polite, professional, incredibly thorough, and explained what he was discovering as he went. He offered us suggestions, patiently answered our questions, and followed up with a written estimate for services. He understood our timeline for moving out of our condo and into the house, and was able to squeeze us into their schedule to make it work. We received email updates from Johnny, the Project Manager, on a daily basis. His team completed the project in less time than they originally planned – and the end result far exceeded our expectations! Absolutely stunning!!One of the rooms had carpeting over plywood that we wanted replaced with hardwood to match the rest of the house. And ADC was able to make that happen. Our friends and family cannot tell where the original hardwood ends and the new hardwood begins. And there was a hump in the floor by the rear entry. ADC removed the old floorboards, dried the sub-flooring, and laid beautiful new hardwood that perfectly blends with the rest of the floor.We hope to replace the floors upstairs at some point, and know who will we call!

Daniel and his team did wood flooring to the apartment that I bought. The living room area already had wood flooring in it, but I wanted to get rid of carpets in the bedrooms and have wood flooring on them as well. They were very efficient and did a very clean job. They also matched the colors perfectly. It has been 4 years; the floors are still very sturdy and I get compliments on them from guests. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

We have used ADC floors to refinish existing floors as well installing new wood floors where carpeting used to be. We have been extremely happy each time we worked with ADC floors. Our initial consultations were very informative, and we learned a lot! The project managers and installers have been timely, helpful, and great to work with. We also absolutely love the finished product. Our floors are beautiful!!!

The team at ADC was communicative and easy to schedule with. They did a great job on our condo floors. We asked to go with a natural color, no stain, and it looks even better than I had imagined. I do wish I had done an in-person estimate, though, because there were a couple spots that I would have rather discussed with the manager-level guys rather than the guys who ultimately did the work. Because of that communication gap, they had to come back to touch up a spot.

Daniel and his team are AMAZING!!! Daniel is such a good spirit and his work is impeccable. I needed to have my floors re-done after a flood, and ADC made it easy. ADC has worked on our living room hardwood floors and did an excellent job. The slats of wood had pulled away from each other in certain areas and they were able to restore it to perfect condition. The workmen were neat and efficient and I would recommend them highly.

Daniel, Johnny, and the entire crew at ADC were great to work with. We picked out and purchased engineered hardwood floors ourselves from a retailer, and ADC did an awesome job installing them, as well as all new baseboards. They provided a very detailed breakdown of all costs and were finished much faster than the estimated timeline. There was a minor issue after the job was finished with the way that the new baseboards met the old ones in a room that we werent getting refloored, but they fixed it quickly after we let them know, and the end result looks great.

We had our initial hardwood floors installed by ADC years ago and partially refinished a few weeks ago. The quality of their work then and now is outstanding. Working with Danny and his family was a pleasure - excellent communication, punctuality and fair prices for meticulous work. Highly recommended!

ADC Floors did an excellent job refinishing my hard wood floors and also added new hardwood. Wasnt sure about the color I wanted so they actually made 6 sample areas on my floor so I could see the colors. I would highly recommend them. Excellent workmanship.

I recently bought an older house with worn, pet-stained hardwood. Some could be refinished, some needed to be replaced. ADC did an amazing job bringing those floors back to life! The new section of floor is indistinguishable from the old, and those few stains they werent able to sand away blend in with the floor color to make them nearly invisible. All at a great price! Much less than other companies and the work speaks for itself. Very highly recommended, A+

ADC did all of our oak floors back in October of 2016. They tied in new oak in a bedroom that previously had carpeting. Then they refinished all of the old oak, making it all blend in seamlessly. I couldnt believe how quick they were. The floors looked absolutely great! Then my painters came in and messed up some of the finish. ADC came back and fixed it all in a hurry (my painters covered that cost). ACD was detailed, they gave great suggestions without being pushy, and they cleaned everything up spotless. I will be using them again when I do the basement.

Six years ago we had ADC Floors bid on refinishing our 120-year-old oak stairs and replacing an old floor in the master bedroom. They werent the lowest bid but gave us the most confidence, and Daniel the owner listened to what we wanted. They did the job to a very high standard, and six years later the floor still looks great, with tight boards and hardly a scratch.So we called them back for a bigger three-room job that involved tearing out old floor and adding more red oak. Also they cleaned and recoated the scratched-up kitchen floor. The work by Jose and Jesus was exemplary. The floors look great and the finishes they used, Loba Supra and Bona Traffic HD, are very durable.Our only complaint was poor communication. Details in the proposal werent effectively communicated to the work crew, and the project manager didnt fill the gap. Several times we had to manage the work crew to get the job done properly. We conveyed these concerns to Daniel and he said he would address the issue.

Daniel and his team arrived to do the flooring job at my condo in September, and the results passed with flying colors. There were no hidden charges after the initial estimate invoice, and the job was done within the estimated time.But thats not the best part about this company. I contacted Daniel about this project almost a year ago. At the time, I was negotiating with my insurance company for the cost of the repairs(due to a water leak upstairs). As I negotiated with them for almost a year, Daniel was patient and helped/advised me through the process so that I could get what was due to me.This is going above and beyond his job description, and it showed that he very much cares about his clients being treated fairly.They are my goto flooring company from now on!Shawn
