Lawn Dental Center is the best dental office in Chicago! Period! Dr. C Olono and Dr. R Olono are the best dentist in Chicago hands down! Ive been coming to them for years & been recommended for everyone to come to them as well!My whole family comes to Lawn Dental Center; my husband, my kids, my in-laws, cousins, siblings, nephews, nieces & my friends! Since COVID-19, theyve adjusted to keep everyone safe and I love it! Their staff is amazing and very nice! I love everything about this dental office! I had an AWESOME experience here. Dr.Rita was super informative, very easy to talk to, and very comforting since it was my first time getting Botox. I went in for a consult and she had time for the treatment, and the process was very quick. The injections didn’t hurt as I expect it. She and her assistant Maribel made sure I was well taken care off before I left by providing me with ice packs and allowing me to take my time to feel better before leaving the office.I highly recommend them! I’ll definitely be going back!!

After having a bad experience at another place, I came here and right away I could tell what a good dentist looks like. I was treated really nicely and felt welcomed. Doctor Olano explained to me everything that had to be done and was super helpful with any questions I had. Maribel has also been very helpful and always welcoming. She makes sure that all my visits go smoothly and it’s always nice being able to have someone take care of me the way she does!

Before going to this dental location I had visited three other dentists in the Chicagoland area and did not like my experience. When I arrived for an initial intake the dentist was super informative and professional. She really cared about me as a patient and spent more time than any other dentist had at the other locations I had been to. They also gave me great pricing and honored it. I recently had a root canal done that was painless and I felt very comfortable. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family. I would recommend Dr.Olono and Dr.Rita to everyone, Dr.Olono been my Dentist over 35 years since freshman year in high school, I had 1or 2 other dentists in the past and nobody beats the professionalism than him. I was always nervous going to the dentist before I met him because I had bad experiences as a child before Dr Olono. He takes his time he doesnt hurt nobody with those needles, most dentist s are always in a rush and thats the reason why people feel pain because they put alot of medicine at one time . It’s pretty decent dentist office. The only real issues I’ve had since starting to go here is having to wait past my appointment time to be seen. The longest I’ve waited was 30 minutes the the front and another 30-40 minutes once I was put in the back. Also, there is sometimes a lot of miscommunication or disconnect when trying to schedule or reschedule appointments. Other than that Dr. Olono is really nice and understanding.

Dr. Rita is extremely conscientious and caring as is all the staff at Lawn Dental Center.

Listen people. I have been to many dentist in my life time and Dr. Olono is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. He clearly explains whats going on with your teeth and goes that extra mile to double check his work before you walk out the door. I was with another dentist in Downtown Chicago just three weeks before visiting Dr. Olono and noticed the stark difference in how much more attention I received from Dr. Olono. I have been coming here for about 3yr+ and Dr. Olono is an amazing Orthrodontist. I’ve seen So many great change with the staff and facility since I been coming here. I’ve had fillings, a crown and braces done by him. He takes pride in his work and makes sure if your in pain he will accompany you. I’ve had issues with my wisdom tooth and he gave me his cell just to be able to contact him Incase I needed pain meds. I travel 35+ mins to come to my appointments and it’s very well worth it.

Dr. Olono is the best, he takes time to explain things, he tries his best not to cause any pain. They work with you financially if need be, and he doesn’t pressure you to do anything. He’s not just in it for money he actually cares.

I came in with a horrible toothache, they took me in even though I didnt have an appointment. They were very kind and professional. The dentist seen me right away and took care of me. I felt no pain as he pulled my tooth. They let me know what I could and could not do while my mouth healed and I was given two proscription. My overall experience is very good. I will be coming here in the future to fix my teeth.

I will say this is the only place that will work with you financially. The Dr explains well and I never feel pressured. Yes people complain of the wait or the simplest complaints but honestly I have never had an issue. Jewels at the front desk is also always very welcoming. I really appreciate you guys.

The doctor is nice but takes on too many patients at one time, I arrived for a appointment 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time but didn’t get seen until 45 minutes later. Even took a patient, I’m assuming a good friend before seeing the scheduled patients that was there first. Glad I went just for a consultation.

For a woman who has been super traumatized at young age towards the dentist I have to share my great and some what therapeutic experience. First, the dentist here informed me on the basics ( that other dentist had not informed me previously) Secondly I had a panic attack at the dentist and they handled it so professionally. The dental assistance was so great on checking in on me and even making me laugh. Girl its okay . she stated several times as I found myself embarrassed. Finally the dentist, was so patient and so amazing with me. He made sure I was not in pain, was very patient and most of all brought such positive energy to the room. When I state patience I state this because during my session I found myself crying and he even stopped to ask if I was okay (he stopped several times) & not one bit did he seem frustrated.. The dentist even had me meet 2 cute dogs which was very comforting. Thank you guys.

I have had the BEST experience over the last year with Dr Olono and Dr Rita. I have had a natural fear of dentists since being a child due to a horrible experience.When I started coming here Dr Olono acknowledged my fear and did everything possible to make sure I felt as little pain as possible. He was on call if there were any issues after having work done.Dr Rita was introduced to me when Dr Olono had an emergency patient come in and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She completed a somewhat interesting fillings.Since then Ive been open to seeing either dentist. They take the time to educate you, work with you and your insurance when and if needed. I am so appreciative of the confidence theyve given back to me from having better oral heath.Oh and huge thank you to the supporting staff I cant remember all the ladies names but they have great personalities and a desire to help as well.One takeaway Id like to mention that Dr Olono shared with me was... as we get older our mobility may deteriorate along with sight, hearing or vision... but Ive never heard of someones taste ability deteriorating. Do what you can to preserve your teeth so that you can enjoy your food and avoid having gastric or digestive issues because you arent able to chew and digest your food well. Its so worth it pay attention to your teeth for this reason and others.Twania Crawley

Love this place and D.D.S. Charles Olono is an amazing dentist that has a heart of gold. The dentist there helped me when I was in a bind to get emergency care for my three year old daughter. He has gone above and beyond to help my daughter on several occasions and even when not in normal business hours. I honestly never felt so much compassion from anyone in the medical field.

This place is more than a dental center its a family! The complete staff were not only passionate about the health of my teeth, but compassionate about my personal issues with my teeth.The dentist didnt just work on my teeth and send me to pay. He listened to my concerns, gave me options and worked with me patiently throughout. I never thought Id be able to smile again and thanks to Lawn Dental I have a choice again!

The Dentist here is a very nice person, at the same time he works on too many patients at one time, I was was the first one to sign in one day i waited 3 hours for a 10 minute visit. He repaired my front tooth, he left a black spot, on my front tooth, for my wedding pictures, after it broke again he replaced the repair white filling? Why did he not replace it with a white filling to begin with? 3 years i walked around with a BLACK SPOT! on front tooth! This gets better, he was working on my right tooth he chipped my front tooth with an instrument, In addition, the right tooth he repaired so food would not get stuck inside? Well, i had to pay another dentist to repair again!! because the food continued to get stuck! I saved the best for last he put temporary glue on my $1000 dollar crown, over the implant, The crown fell out of my mouth as i was chewing on peanuts, driving my Motorcycle, Now I have to pay $1000 for a new crown!!! because he did not use permanant glue, or cement. Please think twice before going to this dentist? HE WORKS ON 4 PATIENTS AT ONE TIME!!!

Listen I love this places there may be long wait times but I could not see me going any places else. They are like a family to me. My teeth were jacked up and he always fixes the problem. I hope he lives forever. I have been going here for over 7 years and Im here to stay

I wouldnt recommend this place for Braces honestly. Plus you wait FOREVER 1-2 HRS to be seen. PS dont ever let a dentist extract your teeth for braces or make your bite narrow, it causes so many issues as you age! Its costing me about 20k to reverse what was done.

Would give zero stars if I could. I paid for my braces and have had them for over 2 years now and had to leave this office for numerous reasons. I am under treatment at a REAL orthodontist now and have seen much better results in less than 2 months. I can assure you, this dentist does not care about his patients. Every single visit would be no less than a 2 hour wait. If Olonos assistant Henry was off, 3 hours or more. There were multiple times when I had just been given new ligatures with no adjustments to the wire. Two siblings of mine had previously gotten braces from here, and I also referred a co-worker to this office. My last appointment I needed to reschedule, and Julie, one of the disgustingly rude assistants told me I could not reschedule for a whole month. When my brother got his braces off, they made him wait 3 months because Olono said he was too busy that day. Do not waste your time and money here. This place should be closed down.

Dentist is nice as well as staff but the wait time is terrible. I travel 35 mins just to get here & literally it takes over an hour just to get my braces tightened. why make appointments if Im never seen around that time?

Continued to debit my account when not authorized. Told them Ill pay cash because of previous issues. Every time you call theyre not available and the people for the answering service are rude. Will be requesting my braces to come off dont want to go through the process any more. Highly pissed off. Long wait times in office as well.

I was seeking emergency dental services, which I goggled and found this dentist. Need to say I called and spoke with a receptionist who stated she would have to speak with the manager, (I did not need to come in right away since it being 8:00 PM I know its unlikely to find a dentist this late). The manager quickly awnsered and said 2x Hello and proceeded to hang up. I thought it was a bad line, so I called once more and received no answer, then on my third attempt someone different answered and stated she can schedule an appointment tomorrow morning.Now at this point I would have scheduled an appointment but being that the third person I spoke with made it seemed like she knew what i was calling for I will not be coming in as a patient. I received the impression that the staff nor manager value their patients.

Dentistry with a caring heart my foot!! If it were possible I would give this place zero stars. Our TechGirls STEM camp were on our way back from a field trip at Argonne. Two of our girls had a bathroom emergency and could not wait until we got back to the school.We had to pull over... Lawn Dental Care was the first business we saw. Upon entering we were asked if we had an appointment. I explained our situation, and was told that they do not have public restrooms. Finally, the owner allowed one girl to use the restroom but refused to let the other child! A CHILD!!! In front of her staff and an office full of patients she was irate and yelled about how the first child messed up the bathroom. I basically begged Dr. Rita Bagdasarian-Olono to reconsider her policy and let the other child use the restroom. She yelled and told us to leave AND CALLED THE POLICE. Dont believe me, check out the picture of Dr. Rita Bagdasarian-Olono calling the police on me because I pleaded with her to let our child use their restroom.UNBELIEVABLE.Oh..... Did I mentioned this is a pediatric dentist??!!!

This place is a crap, it should be closed, I went through a problem with a tooth, I had the whole procedure of my implant and everything was fine until I completely shut down Corona and with all the screw I returned the next day and according to the dentist I It had fallen that because my nerve had grown and I said that if I had no guarantee his work and he said yes but that he would charge me 350 dollars more to protect me his work crap that he had done to me, he did not accept and I never returned to this place that for me shouldnt be open and I give it zero stars

This place I do not recommend apart that it is super expensive the first time I went with him was almost 10 years ago I made a crown job I charge $ 4350 with teeth whitening .. Volvi about 8 months ago because one of the crowns That put me fell off, I got that every 6 months you have to clean the crowns, And that is why I fell cracked from above and put me temporary now having to pay $ 3600 just pay him half $ 1800 and why I put one of the temporary teeth very close to another I spike my other tooth .. It does not do the jobs well and then blame one would have to take away the license
