I 100% recommended this office. The staff were very friendly. Front Desk was so nice and understanding. Dr. Halabyah did such an amazing job. I was scared to come in and get my work done but he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process step by step. My experience was very positive. I have a fear of dentists and dental work. I hadnt been in about a decade. The dentist was very kind and patient with me. Explained the process. Luckily I only had one cavity and he was able to fill it in the same first visit. I didnt get a basic cleaning because I am due for a deep cleaning and so he is submitting the request to the insurance and we are going from there. 10/10 would recommend.I may not do my wisdom teeth here because I think I want to be completely knocked out for that procedure, I think it would be to stressful for me to be awake. The dentist said he could provide me with a referral for that since they only do local anesthesia.

I have noooooooo idea where the heck they found these employees but when I tell you….. well let me tell you.I get there and the parking was very easy.I go in an tell them ive arrived, quick 2 min check in.Wait time was about less than 10 min and right away x rays. Idk what the dental assistants name was but he was ao kind and gentle. Like seriously idk where they found him or if its the training or what kinda gas is in the air lol but when I tell you his voice was gentle. I was like okay okay….Then…. BOOM! in like 15 min the dentist looks at my teeth. Tells me I’ll be getting a cleaning and so on.so I needed numbing cause OBVIOUSLY I needed some work done (MAJOR!!) and im telling you I was so numb I didnt even feel my left nostril. They let me sit for a bit so I can get the full affect which is much appreciated cause, last dentist I went to I swear just waited 5 minutes and went in! So I appreciate the time she allowed me to sit and let the meds seep in.This is the good part…..She saved a wisdom tooth that I was told by the previous nightmare of a dentist, I needed pulled.I was so happy literally I wanted to cry. No, really. I did cause I have 2 missing molars missing because of my lack of vitamin intake from my previous pregnancy, im not playing…. Vitamins are real, so take em!Anyways!!!!!Now idk about you, but I have public aid.But the care that I recieved was by far, in my little 31 years of life, hands down, thee best experience ive had at any dental office or medical facility!!Mannnnn. For real. Im not kidding. Why I gotta lie for?Than…. Hold on.She had another patient before me I guess and I dont mean to be chismosa (nosey)…. But I heard her telling one of the other dental assistants that she wanted to give the patient options. What?!?Man, I was like, CAN I HAVE OPTIONS?! LolYou know, enough of the funny stuff. Reviews sometimes tend to be boring and I myself love a good detailed review.Alot of dentist I have gone to always give you the big BUT because of ones insurance… like for instance I once mentioned braces to my previous dentist and he asked what insurance do I have and told me it was pricey and if I was working like wth?? Okay, im asking for an opinion and right away they jump to price which is kind of underst because it is a business but no I didnt get this at all here at this place. I also mentioned braces and all she told me was I’d have to speak to their ortho and see what he says because I also wanted a bridge for my molars. Anyways, point is this place exceeded my expectations to thee max. I cant even believe they could take their time and care much.Please do not look any further and make your appointment here. Cant wait for my next appointment! Can you believe it!I cant wait for my next freakin dental appointment!

Dental Town Little Village is the the place to go. I took my 2yr old and she was scared of Dentist, but Doctors there are great and had so much patience. The girls in the front desk and the Dr. made my 2yr old feel comfortable and was able to get the work done. The girls in the front desk are so nice and very helpful. I thank Crystal for recommending me here and helping me set up an appointment with them. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. The staff is great, girls in the front are bilingual, and rooms are very clean you will walk out very satisfied!

This place is awesome! They have new equipment which makes me feel comfortable...easiest x-ray experience I’ve ever had. The dental team is super friendly and efficient. I usually have to ask what’s going on..I am just that person, knowing the next step even if it’s just telling me they’re spraying water calms down my anxiety. They talk you through the entire process so you know exactly what’s happening. Definitely recommend this place!! I was in an out with for a tooth extraction and some fillings in an hour and a half!

It was my second time going to dental town after switching dentists. This time it was for a teeth cleaning and compared to previous experiences for the same procedure at other places I couldnt help but be impressed.Liz the dental hygienist assistant and Dr.Tekle were both very calming and walked me through every step of the process and checked on me often to make sure i was comfortable with the whole thing.I will definitely be coming back here in the future and would highly recommend!

They do answer their phone right away and help you as much as they can. I love that its near my house. The dentist is great with children. I took my two girls in today and made an appointment for my self. They do have a promotion for adults right now so go for it. Free teeth whitening. Everything went well.Update update : They still do great. Took my kids to fill their dental form for back to school. They did great! Very nice dentist who does good with children. She asks if you have any concerns or questions. She definitely wont leave you confused or Google search.

I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. T and her assistant, Liz, made me feel comfortable. My husband took my son to the dentist and called me immediately after excited about how good the appt went. Coming to a dentist appointment the staff are welcoming and friendly. Getting you situated was simple and fast. I got a deep cleaning and truth be told I was expecting to be painful but thanks to Dr. Tekle she made my experience completely comfortable and was very informative of the process. Thinking I only needed a cleaning she also suggested other things I can do to keep my mouth with a wonderful smile such as getting a crown on an old filling. Not only do I feel great about the cleaning but to know Dr Tekle has your best interest is a wonderful feeling... can’t thank everyone there enough.

The whole staff here are excellent for the most part;and see you fairly quick after you check-in.Its location is very convenient,especially if you live in Little Village! And,even if you dont..theyre located on 26th St.,just a few blocks East of Kedzie.On the North side of the street.The office/bldg. is brand new,and is high tech.They even have a parking lot for the business strip that theyre in!

Well I was originally going in to support a friend but upon arrive I decided to been seen and my experience was awesome the ladies were a big help and dr. Razzak made me feel so comfortable and was very informative. I will definitely be back for my 3 month check up.

Dental town is Fantastic! I went there and had no problem getting an appointment!The last dentist I went too was at Pilsen NEVER GO THERE on 18th st the dentist doesn’t know what he’s doing cause he’s new I guess but at dental town they got me set up and everything!I was very happy when I went for my cap after I had a root canal done they are very nice there! Please give them a try because they will give you %101 satisfaction and when you refer someone you get entered into there raffle for prizes :) the lady’s are kind and they let me watch movies every time I went there 😂 never have I ever had a dentist like dental town ❤️
