Ive been a client at Freshworks since 2019 and have always had a wonderful experience during each visit. Having had my teeth cleaned & checked by Aly, Nicki, Grace and all three doctors at the practice, Ive always enjoyed how personable they are. The staff is always clear about procedures during the appointment and checks with the front desk about insurance coverage. I appreciate how clean the office is and how diligent they are in adhering to COVID guidelines. Highly recommended!

Freshworks has made what would otherwise be a dreadful experience, as painless and enjoyable as possible. Dr. Hruskocy was phenomenal and my dental hygentist, Aly, was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and was super personable!I give them an A+ and recommend everyone to them

I had a great experience at Freshworks Dental with Dr. Hruskocy! She was informative and made me feel confident that I was getting the best care. The office is very clean and COVID friendly. There is also music playing and a tv to watch during your treatment which put me at ease. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. Greeted warmly by the receptionist. Very nice, relaxed environment. The tooth removal went very smoothly. . Dr. Heather Hruskocy is very skilled, sweet and efficient. Talks you through everything along with her assistant, Grace. They both made the situation very pleasant. Had a deep cleaning with Nikki . She is very kind and thorough. Definitely a highly recommended office!

I just moved to Chicago and Dr. Hruskocy and her team came highly recommended from several people that I work with. Given the current climate (Covid), I had some reservations about the appointment. The office has intentionally reduced the number of daily appointments, installed air filters in every room, has temporarily discontinued polishing (given the particulate/aerosol risk), and added floor to ceiling wall dividers between all dental suites. The hygienists (and Dr. Hruskocy) are all also wearing N-95 masks under standard surgical masks and are in full gown and face shield. I also saw the receptionist clean the front door handle and counter between clients. Ingrid and Dr. Hruskocy were wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

First appointment today. Referred by a friend. Clean, comfortable office and friendly, professional staff. The hygienist and the dentist explained things very well, and it was the first time I ever had a chat with a dentist who didn’t seem like they were in a hurry to be done with me. Unlikely to go to another dentist as long as I live in Chicago.

Dr. Kitchens and her amazing team obviously care about their work and their patients. The level of care is outstanding and the beautiful and relaxed office makes going to the dentist almost fun.

Freshworks Dental is a very professional and family friendly office. My whole family goes here. The office is modern and clean. The doctor and staff do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Once you go here, you wont want to go anywhere else!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We just moved to Chicago and needed a new dentist. Dr. Heather Hruskocy is highly skilled, fast, gentle and excellent! My husband, 8 year old and I all give them a big thumbs up!

My experience with Dr. Hruskocy at Freshworks Dental studio was top notch! The office is modern and clean. TV’s in every room made the experience even better! It has state of the art technology. Dr. Hruskocy is knowledgeable, honest and you can tell genuinely cares about pt.’s best interests. Her bedside manner is great, she’s personable and easy to talk to. Was forced to take 18 x-rays or they wouldn’t give a routine cleaning that insurance covers anyway. MO here is to bill more and more. For just a cleaning, go anywhere else or prepare to waste your time and get uncomfortably pitched. Wasn’t told this over the phone when making an appointment. Left here with nothing done...
