The whole experience at Chicago Dental Arts was great! They were able to work around my schedule and I was able to get a crown replacement. I have additional appointments to go to still.Dr. Fedin was wonderful and makes sure to go through whatever procedure is being done/needed. Roman was very helpful as well. He also makes sure that I knew what was happening at every step and explained why they were doing at every step. Everyone was quite friendly.

Totally an unexpected experience. Everything was so just easy. Im really impressed by this operation. Rarely do feel the need to leave a review but this place deserves it. No wait, amazing office, the most friendly, caring and professional staff. I came in for an emergency and had to get a tooth pulled - was in the same hour! The whole thing took 5 minutes and was completely painless. Dr. Goyal is super chill and easy going and he pulled the tooth in 3 minute flat. The whole thing was just so smooth. The service here is always so exceptional! The dental hygienist was thorough and communicative and gave me advice for a better oral health long-term including using a kids toothbrush to reach hard to get areas in the back of my mouth! One of the dentist did a Starbucks run while I was there and was sweet enough to offer me a coffee if there was anything I wanted - which felt above and beyond when it comes to customer service!!

Dr. Fedin is awesome, and his staff make you feel like family. If I could give 10/5, I would.Long story short, due to a childhood injury, I needed to get veneers on my front two teeth. This was something I had known I would eventually have to do, but it didnt change how reluctant I was when the time came. I had never wanted to change how I looked, or look like I had work done. Dr. Fedin understood my concerns, and that this procedure was not about vanity. He made me feel at ease, and he knew if I needed to have the procedure, I just wanted a better version of myself to come through--And thats exactly what he delivered.Im not kidding: my veneers turned out EXACTLY the way I wanted--just a whiter version of my teeth, that is more proportioned to my mouth.I understand why they have called this office dental arts--Dr. Fedin is truly an artist!

Unprofessional! I had an 11 am appointment on 9/19 and there was nobody in the office when I arrived - which was after their opening time at 10 am. I waited for them to show up and nobody did. I called as well and no answer. This was extremely unprofessional and rude - specially since I had taken time off work for this. No apology was given nor an explanation as to why there was nobody in the office. They even sent out a few appointment reminders before the appointment....please skip this practice.

I had the best experience at Chicago Dental Arts! I tried another dentist in the city (I won’t name names) and had an unpleasant experience which lead me to do some more research. I decided on their office based on the many good reviews I found on google. They were right! I made an appointment online, then called the office to be sure I made the correct type of appointment. I spoke with Renata and she was far more knowledgeable than any front office I’ve ever dealt with. Two days later I called back because I was having some minor pain and they got me in quickly before the appointment I originally scheduled. On top of that Dr. Ahmed was a delight! I am so happy I made an appointment with her. I left feeling so good about my treatment plan. Not to mention I’ve never been to any Dr. office that immediately broke down all the associated cost after my insurance. No surprises, no hidden fees. Needless to say I’ve already recommend them to a couple people. If you’ve been putting off dental work like me, don’t. Go see Chicago Dental Arts and feel better about your health.

Not a great experience. They will demand money up front or send you on your way even with insurance! If you’re willing to pay out of pocket up FRONT even with insurance then you may be lucky. They didn’t even attempt to numb my mouth with my pain but shoved this thing in my mouth for x-rays. The doctors were not able to give me straight answers and didn’t tell me what was going on with my x-rays.The lady that explains the payments had to tell me! Praise to the receptionist and dental assistant they were so kind and helpful! The office was suppose to do a follow up call today... nothing.I went to another dentist was helped and taken care of with my insurance with no problem and I feel so much better.

Before I chose Chicago Dental Arts, I did a ton of research, because I was about to drop some serious dough for something at first I wasnt sure was possible: fixing my seriously crooked teeth. Its something I endured through all of K-12, made dating, business and social life difficult for me. I never smiled in front of anyone, and that does a lot to you psychologically. I determined Chicago Dental Arts was my best possible choice, and they were the ones who were the best communicators and treated me like a first-class client from Day 1. It was a GREAT experience from start to finish, and I cant emphasize that enough.Sure, the procedures were complicated, and nothing is ever a sure thing, but this worked out for me. My whole life changed because of it, and I have these people to thank.

This was the worst dentist visit of my life! I know that dentist visits are not always pleasant, but this was terrible. The hygienist and whomever was taking X-Rays were debating over methodologies to take the pictures. The dentist walked in and didnt know my name.... look at your chart sir. He gave me little attention and Im not even sure he looked inside my mouth. I was just told you need your cavities redone go get that scheduled. Have a nice day, BYE. Never going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Fedin for more than 20 years. Even though I have needed allot of specialty work, e.i., dental implants and root canals, I have never needed to see dentists who specialize in more diffficult procedures, because Dr. Fedn can do everything, and he does it beautifully.

Just started here in 2017, but so far, I think I found the perfect Chicago dentist. They started off great and have kept up the excellent service since. Dr. Fedin was nice and he is good at explaining things in a patient-friendly way. Even terrifying experiences such as wisdom teeth removal were much more pleasant in their office. 5 stars deserved!

Not sure how many years my family and I have been going to Dr. Fedin and his staff, but its at least 5 years. They always have done excellent work. Besides the regular cleanings, I have needed several fillings, all of which have been completely pain-free procedures. Today was my first time at their Chicago location, which they are remodeling. They are also very good about recommending how to care for my teeth day-to-day.

It is refreshing to come to the dentist and find a really receptive and caring doctor. Both of my parents have been to see Dr. Feding, my mother had great dental work done with posts and it has been a life saver for her during her health issues, her ability to eat well with such great ans strong molars is such a joy when she is able to enjoy all the food she so much likes. It has made a world of difference in her recovery from her health ailments. Dr.s Fedin genius and great caring demeanor for his patience makes for great results, all the staff are so professional and always cheerful, and the doctor works so hard for his patients with that extra touch and time to really try to help and solve the patients needs.

I had a great experience with Chicago Dental Arts. It was my first time with them and even though I despise any dentist visit, this one was quite relaxing. I had to get a cavity filled and they have a no pain option, at no increased cost, which certainly proved to be nearly pain free (the only pain lasted just a few seconds)! The staff were very informative during my visit, telling me how and why to brush and floss a certain way. I definitely recommend them!

I have been a patient of Dr. jons for over two years. I wanted to find a neighborhood dentist rather than travel to downtown Chicago. My previous dentist was a Yelp referral. He was good, but never had any available appointments and I felt like a back up patient.

They are compassionate but also honest and upfront about what work needs to be done and how much it will cost. Ive struggled with pretty severe dental problems my entire life. Im a long time client. Ive had dental issues my entire life; my mouth is full of crowns and now a couple implants, so I know what makes for a good dentist. Dr. Fedin is the best. Period. No one else comes close. Ive had a couple emergencies, and he always manages to fit me in to get it taken care of. Very personalized and excellent service. Not too happy with the overall experience. When I first called to schedule the appointment the receptionist had me on hold for a total of 18 minutes and for the first initial 3 minutes she unprofessionally had me knowingly on the phone while she dealt with another customer at the office. I guest after 18 minutes one would assume that they were forgotten about and so I had decided to call again and she had totally hung up on me. I cant seem to get pass the receptionist to rate the dentist for myself. So, all of you able to get through to the next step consider yourselves, lucky. I love the city of Chicago and the abundant supply of well qualified dentist. So, reckon I will go to another dentist office- one with a little more professionalism.

I have been a client here since 2013. Ive had multiple cavities filled, old fillings replaced, 2 crowns, a root canal, all my regular cleanings and X-rays, and a nightgaurd made. Dr. Fedin knows I hate dentists, and he goes out of his way to make sure each visit and procedure is comfortable for me. I have been seen at both the Michigan Ave and Old Orchard locations. I can always get an appointment that fits with my schedule. Im very happy with all of the dental work Ive received here. My oral health is so much better now after seeing Dr. Fedin and his team consistently! Overall, I am a very satisfied client and I highly recommend their services :D

I had a horrible experience and would never go back. Did a lot of research to confirm that the doctor I booked my appointment with is in-network and my routine exam and X-Ray will be covered by my insurance. After I left, they put another doctors name on my insurance papers and now they want to charge me for what was estimated and confirmed to be at no charge for me. Deceiving tactics and got tired of the bureaucracy. Dont recommend.

I had an absolutely awful experience here. I’ve never had a fear of the dentist until I visited this place. I had an appointment at the beginning of December at 5:30, I show up and I am the ONLY one in the waiting room and yet they don’t bring me back for my appointment until 6:15. Then they have me sit there and wait until 6:30, 6:35 or so. Then the young, 28 year old dentist comes in and before even really examining my mouth, he tells me I have 5 cavities. Now let me tell you, I’ve never had a cavity in my LIFE, and yes I haven’t been to the dentist in a year, but I floss, use mouth wash, brush my teeth 2-3 times a day, no way do I have 5. Plus my teeth don’t hurt, aren’t sensitive, etc. My teeth proceed to get cleaned and I’ve never seen more blood from my mouth at once. It was all over the instruments, I felt it pooling at the bottom of my mouth, and this never happens. It got to a point where they would poke my gums and blood would come out because of how rough they were with my mouth (my gums hurt to brush for 3 days). While this cleaning is going on, the dentist is telling me about how he watched his puppy be conceived because he watched his friend’s dogs “mount the other and go at it.” Very unprofessional. As the cleaning goes on, they’re telling me I’m “too young to have my teeth fall out” and I need to pay an additional $550 on top of what my insurance covered to get their “treatment plan”. Their treatment plan consisted of unnecessarily taking out all of my sealants and redoing them . Oh and this all needed to be completed before the end of the year. It was a big rush to get my money. I felt this wasn’t right, got the X-Rays and sent them to my old dentist from back home and guess what: I have NO cavities. I do not trust this dentist and I will never go back.
