I am so Thankful for finding this Dental Office, I met a Great Teeth Cleaner or should I say Dental Hygienist Today and her name is Jameka.. so if you are getting your teeth cleaned, PLEASE ask for Jameka she cares about her clients and I appreciate her Truly.. what I forgot to mention was that I also have a GREAT Dentist and his name is Dr Chris Isabelle who has a hard working assistant named Ivan.. ALL of the above mentioned Care about the people they Service.. This is the Best DENTAL Office I have been too.. Everyone is so kind and professional, most of All after YOUR initial appointment YOU leave Happy that YOU came here..

Everyone was very polite and very good to me.The workers was very kind and really smiled alot proving there business name is legit, and they take there work very seriously. For those who are scared of curved needles like me or needles or dental work in general, Dr. Chris was very soothing and really adjusted his tone and manner to fit what his patients need in order to have a successful visit. Pain is not a issue in that office and can rely on all of the workers to ensure you get the best work for the best prices. I recommend those with dental fears to visit this office and check out in detail and in person the kind of work this place produces.

If you have any fear of the dentist this is the office for you! The entire staff from the reception, the hygienists, dental assistants, and the dentists. Getting my oral health back in order has been super easy and pain free!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The people here are so warm, welcoming, organized, and professional. Michael, the hygienist, was very gentle and efficient, on top of holding a great conversation. Jenelle, my assistant today, was very nice and made me feel comfortable as she was getting to know me better personally—you don’t find this in most places. Dr. Adekola, my dentist today, was very professional in examining me. He even explained the details of the examination clear for me to understand what was going on. This made me feel like he knew what he was doing and knew exactly how to help. The financial team was very kind and supportive in assisting me also.The overall experience was amazing, even when scheduling ahead of the appointment. You will honestly feel satisfied with your visit even before your appointment, that’s how great they are! The whole staff is wonderful and are good people. You won’t leave disappointed, you will leave with more smiles!

Micheal the Hydrogenous did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth! He was efficient, gentle and super nice.

Well I thought this was going to be a great place because it is black owned but I was sadly mistaken. The only reason Im giving this rating is because Dr. Ami really is an excellent dentist and went above and beyond to correct the half done job by Dr. A. First off I came here to get my yearly checkup and get my teeth cleaned. I ended up with a root canal and two crowns, minus $2800. It is what it is but the level of service from the dentist is severely lacking. I started my treatments with Dr. A, who I saw before he started this practice and was very pleased with his work previously. From multiple canceled appointments, time wasted trying to see him (over 2 hours in one case) to slightly subpar work I cannot in good faith recommend him. After furiously explaining my specific situation,( temporary filling came out and I was left with a huge hole in my tooth), I  was finally seen by his associate dentist Dr. Ami to finish the work he started.  Dr. Ami is amazing but seems to be taking up the slack for Dr.A.  I was told multiple reasons for why Dr. A missed appointments. Dr. A had an emergency, hes sick, hes in the hospital and that none of this is under his control. Stupid question but if hes so sick why would you continue to fill up his appointment schedule  only to have to reschedule patientsor call off at the last minute? Sorry you are sick. Be sick, heal and then resume your schedule.  I was also told he only works on Wednesdays, yet I was given an appointment for him on Friday. Whichever story his office is trying to stick with at least get the story straight between you. 😆 I hate wasting my time and this place has done enough of it. They could care less about you sitting in that tiny waiting room or outside in your car wasting your precious time. The staff is friendly and nice enough, Jameka, Michael, Rikia and Rachel and the practice is very clean . What I  wanted and expected was to receive the work I agreed to and paid for upfront to be done in a timely manner. I started this process at the end of June, just finished at the end of September. If I waited on Dr. A Im sure it would have been well into Christmas and maybe beyond. Unacceptable. Take your appointments on time or at least if you are running late call your patients to give them a heads up ALL the time. You seem to have a decent amount of people working for you to make a courtesy call. Also get a receipt and double check with your insurance. If by some chance you still decide to come here ask for Dr. Ami or ANY other dentist but still be prepared to wait because Im sure theyll be taking care of the overflow of patients that were rescheduled for Dr. A. If I started with Dr. Ami I dont think my experience would have been as messy. But I wont be going to any dentist anytime soon. I only came here because I trusted Dr. A but he did me no favors. No thank you Dr. A. You need to get it together.

More Smiles of Beverly is the place to go to! I was a new patient and they treated me with such kindness and care. From the people at the front desk to the dentist and financial consultants. I really appreciate this dentist office for helping me to feel comfortable. I often try to find excuses for missing my dentist appointments but I am confident and ready to go in for my next appointment. 🙏🏽

Where do I start, first off I accidentally came a day earlier then my schedule visit. Once I arrived I was told my appointment wasn’t scheduled till the next day. Working nights I always have my days confused.. the very nice guy that greeted me when I walked in went to the back to check to see if they could still take me… wouldn’t you know he came from the back with good news. I was still able to get my teeth cleaned and Jameka took great care of these sensitive teeth… thanks a bunches

Jameka was great. Cleaning was done and flossing was done but she could have been a little more thorough with that but she gave me tips and details of what I can do to prevent any staining of my teeth. Easy to talk to and it didn’t hurt she was gentle.

I followed my dentist when she joined the practice about four years ago. Every since then all of my visits have been wonderful. The whole staff is friendly and very polite. The office atmosphere is warm, clean and professional. I would like to give a shout out to my Dental Hygienist, Jameka. Shes the best, friendly, professional and very personable. And Dr. Omar.

Dr Ami was great and she has excellent bedside manner. Answered all my questions in detail. Michael the hygienist was great at helping calm down my anxiety. I love this place.

Scam! They harass you to come in & have you fill out tons of paperwork only to try to get you to pay extra money. Who asks, what are you willing to pay, without even having any work done or seeing a dentist for that matter?! Reporting them!

My first visit to More Smiles of Beverly was very good. The receptionist were very pleasant courteous and conscious of my time. Shortly after completing the standard intake and being screened for COVID-19 I was treated to a get to know you interview with Rachel, the head of front desk. She took time to get to know what was important to me in regards to my oral health, my smile and what I ultimately wanted from dental care. That’s never happened before. Rachel gave me all of my options regarding treatment and payment. She was very gracious and professional. I came to More Smiles of Beverly after seeing another dentist the previous year, but before then hadn’t seen a dentist in several years. My teeth were not bad but I definitely needed some work done. My biggest fear and apprehension was pain.I was welcomed by a lovely front desk staff. I have called with questions and if they couldn’t answer them right then, they always returned call in a timely manner with an answer.I was examined/treated by Dr Omar who kept it real and gave me options to consider. He allowed me the time and space to think and make a decision, no pressure. I really appreciated that.The “business office” went over my charges in detail and helped me secure additional funds for the dental work.

Okae, so it was my first time visiting and I had an very nice visit. Nice and calm atmosphere. Jazz playing at a nice calming volume... The people here are sooooo wonderful. I got in, got a check up by Michael and he made sure I was good. And wrapped everything up. Now Im ready for my next appointment.

VERY professional. I went in thinking I just had to get a cavity filled and ended up getting a root canal BUT it was the most quick & painless procedure ever. Assistants were very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend!!!
