I bring my two girls to this location always have a positive experience. They are very patient with my toddler, if I have to reschedule for any reason they are very accommodating and helpful. They remind you of your upcoming appointment which helps a lot . I highly recommend them. They do a great job.

I spent weeks looking for a good dentist and after failed attempts at a few other places I stumbled across this place. This place is amazing! Ive never been to a dentist that has shown so much care for the patient like this one. My family and I were not just dollar signs, we were patients who needed some real care and we got it. My son had (past tense, because after his visit here I think he will do great) fear of dentist since he was so little. Today he got treatment with zero percent of my help or intervention. The staff is friendly kind and totally helpful. I am so happy to invest my money and time here.

Until I was a patient here, I have never felt good about going to the dentist. Dr. Margaret, Stephanie, Yolanda, Dr. Cho, Mari and Cidlali are excellent people who seem like they genuinely actually care about their patients. I havent gotten the chance to meet the rest of the staff at Precision Dental Care Diversey, but I assume theyre just as great! This place is exceptional. After meeting some of the staff I saw first hand that I was in good hands, and Im sure you will be too ❤️

Greatly appreciate that they give you a full explanation of their procedure prices before doing anything. they are also super flexible with you if you don’t have insurance. will definitely be coming here for future dental appointments!

This is by far one of the best dental clinic I have taken my Son that is nine years old. The dental assistant Luz Mari really helped my son remain calm and happy not nervous nor scared. The fact that she was kid friendly and was bilingual really helped, Luz was really attentive and remained professional at all times. I do recommend this dental clinic for everyone.

They do not offer free consultation, so if your planning on checking prices for certain procedures, Dont DO IT! I was never told that they would charge me for x-rays and other stuff since in most places Ive been in, they have offered free consultation. So if you want to save money dont go here. If you do get a discounts it wont be very much, better off in other areas as they provide the same services.

I didnt have insurance during this visit. What I did have was a need for root canal therapy (after years of neglecting the dentist from life), which was quite expense without insurance (~$1000). I settled for getting my (2nd Molar) tooth removed, in which the dentist had brought other things to my attention (I have more than one problem).I did let him know (Dr.Jai Cho Den) that I was only interested in the removing the tooth was giving me pain. I went to dentist the day before, which I made him aware of. Considering the events, I had two options (get it pulled, or spend $$$ for the root canal) so I went through with the affordable option.The procedure took about an hour, costing around $80 for the examination, and $320 for the extraction. The assistant was also pretty down to earth for the most part.Frankly? Im satisfied because my tooth doesnt hurt anymore, its gone.; albeit, I do need dental insurance because America, and well, Illinois sucks when it comes to dental health benefits.Also, I do appreciate the gesture for first-timers, having pay the examination fee grants you 6 months of check-ups, just so youre aware of your dental situation.Do I recommend? Yes. I also recommend others to have insurance, and if they do, remind themselves somehow to always get check-ups every 6 months.

My husband Exiquio came here and left a five star review because he thought that they were providing the best service. However he went back to get the previous treatment taken off and found out that what he had told the dentist the first time was correct. The first time he went he had told them that his tooth was broken and the dentist told him that he was incorrect because it didnt seem broken. He paid a lot of money for the treatment only to find out when he returned that he had been correct and his tooth was broken and that to fix it would result in him having to pay even more money. He was not given an exact amount that he would need to pay for the broken tooth. He felt as if they cared more about the 5 star review than the actual patient. I would reccommend that you are careful because he had a bad experience with this dentist. This dentist was not clear with my husband since the beginning.

The dentistry is ok the staff is really nice I’m not one starring them in ONE STARRING THEYRE SYSTEM. Meaning they practically force the customer to leave no less than 4 star review before leaving their office instead of it being completely genuine. Sure ask for a 5 star review BUT DONT PRESSURE the customer into doing a review of 4 or 5 stars before they leave . That completely rubbed me the wrong way they’re 5 stars are NOT GENUINE good reviews for anyone thinking of coming here. They’re extremely pricey as well but I wont even get in to THAT ONE!! the girls that work there are nice meaning the front desk ladies. I will not be coming back here not that it matters but just pointing out that if your company so desperately NEEDS 5 stars throughout every single dentistry THATS FISHY to me.
