They do not have insurance. I used them for years, total dollars of business accumulated to 6 figures over time. I had to file 1 claim with them, which they instantly refused on. What they did instead was closed my account, mailed me a check for $100 and told me the matter was closed.Their operations manager Tim told me to reply to their attorneys when I resisted. Their driver Kevin admitted to not securing the load and the TV fell into the plate of his 2-wheeler. TV is worth $12,000 dollars. I attached photos. Their salesman Dan told me we were insured up to hundreds of thousands of dollars and our company has been in business for 30 years, you have nothing to worry about, all the glad handing he did, foolish me, I didnt question it. All hat, no cattle. Now I am scrambling with the loss. I dont know what else they lie about but saw other reviews on google here and yelp, many are not good. The owner of their company Randall just goes on a path of defense when you have a problem, sicks lawyers on you. Was shocked, youd think they would appreciate us as we used them on a daily basis, not concerned with customer service at all. They have No loyalty. No honor.ScottAllnetedit*Didnt think Id be adding this fast but get this, I tried to redeem my Rabbit Rewards with them. Its a gift card program they incentive they promote for your accumulative business with them.. They had their attorney Mark Dicara mail me my earned gift cards with a message saying receipt of it means ill discontinue my right to my claims again them. Not only is this unethical, Its not even legal. Those rewards have nothing to do with their negligence or my claim. I am mailing cards back to them via UPS. Steer clear and wide of this company.
Absolutely recommend this company for your on demand shipments .
Great company with really good communication. They do a great job with routed on demand pick up and deliveries
These guys are outrageously expensive. We asked them to do a job and they showed up 2 1/2 hours late for the pickup and then wanted to charge us extra. We told them to FORGET IT and called another courier company - Blue Jay Delivery Service. Best way to get courier companies is to post ads on Craigslist
Use at your own risk. They damaged a $12,000 TV and not only refused to cover the damage but fired us as a customer after spending over $75,000 on their service in 2 years because we pressured them to cover the loss. They must have no insurance to cover damaged property in their possession or why would you blow off a good customer. We had another delivery service within 2 hour who had a $40,000 insurance policy to cover damage to items in their possession. Wanted to share our experience as their are alternatives which protect your property while they are being delivered.Wally WhinnaAllnet
