I would not be able to do my job without US Messenger. They are QUICK in responding and setting up pickup & deliveries for me. They keep all of our stored product clean and wrapped up. We need a trusted team to handle our product with care, and US Messenger is on it! Not to mention the ease of using their online system to request and track all of the deliveries. Would recommend to any company!

I work at the AMA Plaza building at 330 N Wabash Ave and everyday I see and interact with the USM staff here. I have to say they really are outstanding at their jobs and they are all very kind people in general. I have always received my packages and mail from them in a professional and friendly manner. They handle a high volume of mail and thus are constantly on the move, just what I wanna see in a logistics/messenger company!

Sometimes I wish messages were more detailed.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I use their services often and much prefer to call to schedule pick-ups and drop-offs since they are so friendly and make everything so easy. I am always telling people to use their services for courier services.
