I chose to have an online order shipped to a UPS Store to avoid getting any of my Christmas presents stolen. My items were to be sent to the UPS Store on 53rd. However, on two separate occasions UPS has forced me to pick up my items at this Access Point which has both; inconvenient hours and impossible parking! The latter is expected in the area, but their posted hours and the ones UPS advertise’s are very different.If you aren’t within walking distance, this place is useless and shouldn’t really be an Access Point since it’s highly inaccessible!

A great place to rent a small mailbox, that can be especially important if youre living in an apartment building with no secure mailroom. I am always sure that my packages will be delivered here, and I will be able to pick them up, no matter how small or big they are. The owner is a super nice, polite lady, who will always provide help and accustom my needs (if a package is big, she will not just refuse to accept it, I can always schedule a pickup for packages with her, etc.). The rates are low, so it makes it a perfect post office place

I signed up for a box because I was never around to get my packages at home, and I experienced my package being stolen, so I new I had to get a box. C&L Postal was the perfect choice for me. Great location, secure, friendly staff and affordable! Highly recommended!

Great people running the place!

I get a lot of packages. Because I work I was never able to get reliable deliveries so I decided to get a PO Box. My first attempt was a disaster. They changed their terms of service so often I didnt know what I was paying for. With one of the changes they incorporated an extra fee after a certain number of packages. That was enough for me. Since signing up with C & L Ive had no problems receiving my packages. Its like home for me.

For some reason UPS has decided to stop leaving my packages, so I have had to go here to get them. Twice in the past 2 weeks I have gotten there and they were closed despite their posted hours. (I have attached a picture with proof.) Its so much work and frustration. I guess I just have to stop ordering anything online unless I have 2 weeks for the stars to align so I can receive my stuff.Plus one star because the one time they were actually open the employee was friendly.
