The folks at 4 Star Courier did a great job for me and my company. The service we needed from them was very time sensitive and had several moving parts. We tried to ship the package to 4 Star Couriers office, but there was an unexpected shipment delay with FedEx, so at the last minute 4 Star Courier went 15 miles out of the way to the FedEx facility in Skokie where the package was being held, and then executed the original plan flawlessly! Shout out to Tom and Al in dispatch who helped plan out the logistics. Shout out to Collin who managed finalizing our documents, delivering them, and relaying critical detailed information back to us. We will definitely work with 4 Star Courier again.

I give 4 Star 5 stars. The guys are awesome, they are always quick and on time. We use them often and they are well worth what they charge.

Was quoted $37 for a round trip to the Chinese Consulate. The consulate rejected my documents. I was charged over $24 for one trip. When I asked why I was charged over $24 for one trip, I was told wait time by Tom. I was never told there was wait time charge!Now that I have the correct documents, Ive been asking for 3 days for a written quote again for a round trip. No one is responding. Ive also called multiple times with no response. Tired of trying to get a hold of these people! Very unprofessional!

Had a bad time. It seemed like the company was stretching to make extra money any way they could at my expense! They falsely claimed I was late in answering the door and, upon communicating this to the owner, he basically told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid if possible

Had to have a package delivered that FedEx Failed to deliver. I did this over the phone in Cali, completely impressed, delivered fast and great customer service
