I called because it said they were 24 hours I let it ring for more than 20 rings the 20th rings then finally it went to voicemail I thought I would be able to leave a message but the users voicemail is full.

Fed Ex could not deliver my package so I frantically searched for a courier that was open on the weekends and found out this place is open 24 hours a day; and they were happy to pick up my package at Fed Ex and then forward it over to the correct address. Their dispatch was professional and their courier called me to confirm when they had picked up and delivered the package, and when Fed Ex needed input from me to allow them to pick up my package. For any courier deliveries that are urgent I would not hesitate to use Reliable Couriers, they are worth every penny.

These guys are a 5 star courier service. Reliable Couriers not only picked up my package last minute and after 6pm but they delivered it within an hour and a half on a direct delivery job. Their dispatch person over the phone was easy to work with and their driver was professional when picking up my package. For same day delivery I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

I needed a courier service in Chicago and called a couple of places that told me they could not deliver my package in the time that was necessary. I was very disappointed until I found Reliable Couriers who said that they could deliver my package within an hours time no problem because they had a driver in the area. Their driver showed up within 20 minutes, picked up the package and delivered it within 30 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and if I need another courier service to deliver my package again I would not hesitate to use them.

I needed to find a courier service in Chicago that was still open on Christmas Eve, so I called these guys and lo and behold they were the only courier service I could find in the Chicago that was open on holidays. I arranged for them to pick up a gift basket from a spa and to deliver it to my clients condo complex for my client. They delivered it all within an hour and the charges were more than fair, especially considering it was a holiday. If anyone needs a courier service I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Couriers.

Filled out an online quote more then once no response tried calling them still no response what a joke reliable my you know what

Worst Service EVER - the idiot who answered the phone was clueless, the supervisor was useless, and the delivery is LATE!Bar None! The Worst Service in the area, I will NEVER use them again, nor recommend ANYONE to them.The service is so bad, I had to call back 4 times, during business hours, to get a person on the phone because I kept getting shunted to voicemail.

Not actually a business, just some putz with a cell phone. Apparently not open 24 hours.

Not very reliable!

They delivered my package without any issues, I was hesitant at first but I’m not sure who had these negative experience reviews as they picked up right away and then picked up from me within an hour in Chicago and delivered to Crystal Lake in a pretty quick manner.
