My son laptop didnt work he needed his laptop for virtual learning for school I left work early so I can take care of this because his grades are good and I didnt want this to be the reason the grades go down I was in shock when Terell fixed it THE SAME DAY!! DO NOT GO THERE. Firstly, it was a wrong address and they never changed it on google maps. Secondly, the man seemed fishy and suspicious. So, DO NOT GO THERE.

Terrell was absolutely amazing. He immediately addressed the issue on the computer and was in constant contact with me regarding what was going on. My computer ended up needing parts and Terrell located the parts and made sure that they were installed quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for better service and I would highly recommend Terrell to anyone needing any computer services in the future.

I thought my desktop could not be repaired because it was outdated. Terell was available when others were not during quarantine. He repaired and updated my desktop in one day. The service was quick reliable and affordable. I would definitely use him again.

Does not work here over 1 year

Stole the RAM from my computer and replaced it with a faulty one!!I went to get my wifi driver fixed after reading the reviews but turned out to be opposite, he is completely unprofessional and a pure fraud!!! Didnt fix anything but screwed my computer and robbed me of money plus my RAM.FRAUDULENT ALERT!!!!!

This guy literally STOLE my computer. Dropped it off and he never returned any calls or anything. This is a scam and this guy is a complete FRAUD. DO NOT USE him for anything unless you want your property stolen.

Tyrrell has had my machine for about two weeks now and I still havnt heard back from him after multiple attempts to check on the status of my machine. Just F.Y.I to everyone he has a police report filed against him and I also plan to file a lawsuit.
