I tried multiple companies before finding George. The other companies told me my computer was dead and that I wouldn’t be able to get my data. I found George and he fixed everything! He was fast, responsive, and worked hard to get my data back. He was easy to work with and knows everything about computers! If you need any help George is the guy! The office is easy to find, payment was quick and easy, and the service was great. 5 stars for sure!

I, for the first time, starting working from home. I found myself with computers, monitors, keyboards and printers- which I had no idea how to hookup. Did not fix my custom built PC which was randomly shutting down. I wanted him to test each part of the computer to see which one was not working. He said the case needed more fans even though the CPU and GPU temps were fine. Didnt fix the problem like he said he would, wasted my time and money.

The people at ITGuy seem genuine and like they really care. When I could get in touch with the technician he was kind, friendly, walked me through everything, and really wanted to fix my problem. These guys and gals know what they’re doing. I didn’t know what to expect during covid as their retail space is shut, but called them and met the sales person at the door to drop off my laptop. I had a finicky 2 in 1 Asus Q405UA that started doing weird stuff. The mouse trackpad would intermittently stop working and then would work again. I’m semi computer savvy and can do repairs and firmware/driver updates myself but just hit a wall and called them to get I looked at. I honestly didn’t want to deal with it. George went in and did his magic and it’s working like new again. Thanks guys! Would come back!

Previous to reaching out to the ITGuys I took my laptop to an independent computer tech (Terrell Computer Repair Service 👎🏽) who left me with more issues than arrived with. I wish I had found the ITGuys first. They were able to address the issues I came with (wifi installation and speed) and also give me a great deal on some upgrades to get my laptop moving much faster and better that before.Very professional, yet personable and quick too. The repair was done in a couple of days at reasonable price.I definitely recommend their services

My old lenovo laptop had a broken screen where it was flickering like something out of a horror movie. George and his crew made it look like new again. Great communication. Super easy pick up and drop off. Ive had repairs done on this machine elsewhere in the city, but I didnt like the customer service so I chose ITGuy instead this time based on the reviews and I was not disappointed!

Well, I am lost without my laptop. I spilt liquid on the keyboard and the screen went black. Due to pandemic my two go to service stores were closed. I was very fortunate to find this business open. Dropped off my laptop and they quickly found what the problem was. Motherboard malfunction. A replacement was ordered and waited to be notified when part came in and installed. Another issue was found with one of the keys, but it was not a problem for me since I use a separate keyboard and mouse. Am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will be giving a great review on Yelp.

We’ve had 2 other companies come out to try and get the internet signal to be strong in our condo and both tried and couldn’t do it.I called ITGuy Solutions at 7:30am on a Tuesday and at 5pm that same day George showed up.He brought a new device and started setting it up. Realizing he needed more equipment, he quickly ran to Target and came right back to finish the job which was impressive. Other companies might have said there’s nothing they can do.What I really appreciated was that George cared. When we had the signal doing OK he said that wasn’t good enough and kept working until the signal was perfect. He takes pride in his work and wants to do the best job possible. He easily could have been satisfied with OK and I probably would have still been happy with his job.As for pricing - he was very fair. The first guy that came out and failed was going to charge us nearly $1,000. I had another quote for nearly $1,500 where they were going to drill holes and run wires and George said that was excessive and an up sell.George was less than both. Took 2 hours. No holes and we have over 100 mbps WiFi throughout our 2 floor condo and patio.I’d absolutely hire him again if we need any add it work done.

Instead of just handing me back my laptop. George, came in to my house, made sure everything was properly working, and even did a printer test for me.Ive been serviced by George for about two years now, and have been very pleased with his service. He is very trustworthy, and will not try to rip you off. He knows his stuff, and does this for a living.I had to downgrade my Windows due to my laptop being old, and he was able to successfully do that for me. George was a pleasure to work with. We had a horrible experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They installed a $350 graphics card into our son’s computer, and when we got it back, my son found that the computer wasn’t working properly, and we soon found that Best Buy doesn’t guarantee their work. We dropped the computer off with George, and within 24hours he had it working properly. His charges are extremely reasonable and he continuously updated us with videos as he corrected all of the things that the Geeks messed up on the computer. I had emailed, late Sunday evening online, with the IT Guy and George was over on Monday afternoon to reconnect my SONOS system to my iPad. We were expecting out-of-town guests on Tuesday and we lost our music system. He also noticed how terribly configured our two Apple laptops were to the printer and our old Apple Airport Extreme. We recently worked with George to set up our home with wifi and ethernet and had a great experience. After our recent renovation, it was difficult to find one vendor that could pull together all of the IT systems - ethernet activation to all of our ports, connection of Comcast to the ethernet system and mesh wifi. We are now fully set up with amazing coverage throughout our home. He also advised on Smart Home (Google Home, Nest Doorbell, Sonos Speakers, Google Assist) set up and integration so that we have a foundation which can be added to as we figure out our needs/wants. Very understandable, clear and negotiable options on what to do. They didnt charge for what they couldnt do (recover from a damaged HD). All staff are courteous and respectful. Came to the house and picked-up/dropped off the PC with care at no extra cost. Did services exactly as I was told and found a great deal for a new HD.
