Bill is a fantastic professional. I brought in my water damaged laptop, and he quickly got it back up and running again for a very reasonable price. After that there were some minor issues that still remained and while in the end I opted to not have them addressed, I’m incredibly glad he took the time to work with me to determine a solution that worked for me.

Screen on my old Mac cracked. Called Bill and emailed him the information on my Mac, so he could look-up what part I needed to order. Emailed me a link to a website with the part I needed and I ordered it. When I got the new screen in the mail I called him and set-up a time to drop off Mac and new screen. Was fixed about a week later. Everything works great and have had zero issues with repair. Thanks Bill
