I have been thrilled that local expertise with a focus on timeliness and quality is so easy to access in our Edgewater/Rogers Park community.

Simply the best. Incredibly fast turnaround on walk-ins, nearly always same day, sometimes immediate. Patient, courteous, committed customer service -- they answer all my dumb questions and go the extra mile to make sure I have and know everything I need to get up and running again. Totally reasonable rates, too.

Linus is the very best. I have been a customer close six or seven years now. I have purchased two to three machines from him and never have I had one problem. Great customer service. He is very patient and makes certain you understand everything before you walk away. Very friendly guy

Great local business to support-- they were attentive when I described the problems I was having, prompt in their service, and kind. Prices were very good as well. I did have to take my computer in more than once for the same problem, but they charged me next to nothing the second time and fixed it same-day. Akim and the rest of the people in the store are great people and I cant recommend them enough.

Tried purchasing a hard drive . Had to wait 8 minutes for the owner to come because the cashier doesn’t know the price.After he leaves, the cashier says that the card machine isn’t working and “what do you wanna do”. I’m like bruh, I’m the customer, what you wanna do. He asked if I wanted to come back later for it and I said, I’ll just go somewhere else because I’m not waiting.

Its a small shop, but it has everything to offer. For years, My laptop was so broken that only duck tape could keep the whole thing together. Where every repair shop spends days to diagnose the problem only to tell me I need a new laptop, Akeem takes the laptop and repairs EVERYTHING in 1 hour. Its unbelievable!
