So I took my iPad there to fix it, and they took 2 weeks to finaly give it to me, the problem was that they SCAM, they gave me and iPad wich was NOT mine, mine was 128GB and they gave me a 16GB, mine was all scratch on the back, but no they gave me a NEW one, I was so mad becasue I really had that iPad for like 5 years, (it was old but it was still working)

I have a mobile phone to be repaired, and then I called this shop. After this person answered the call, he immediately hung up. The service attitude was very poor...

I took my galaxy phone that will no turn on since I dropped it in water accidentally. He offered to recover my data and if possible make the phone work again. He didnt guarantee the latter since the phone had liquid damage. I got all my pictures back and so far the phone is working again. I totally recommend his honesty and experience dealing with my phone.

I cant even give them a review because I dont even know if theyre still open because when I try calling I get a loud beep and it hangs up on me.🤬 I only had one issue with them but I took upon myself to put them on check. My problem now though is that I dont know any other shop where I can pay for the plan that I get for my gov phone so if anyone knows where I can get a plan for a safe link phone please let me know 😎

You claim you offer a warranty yet I called TWICE to tell you guys you messed up my phone and BOTH times you claimed the warranty doesnt cover it and this was just done in the last week. What happened to the 30 day warranty?!. I have it being fixed and I will be coming in with the piece you guys messed up to show you all the glue you got onto my phone that caused it to get damaged. I got the reports showing that you messed up my phone. I definitely will be coming straight to you, the owner, to show you how you do not know how to do your job! Just beware people. They will tax you to fix your phone and will mess it up. DO NOT COME HERE!

He burned my phone supposely it was gonna only take 2 to 3 business days and its been already 2 weeks everytime i go he changes the story I dint recommend no one taking their phone here for fixing not a good job at all. I took my iphone 7 to get the the back fixed and he burned the phone.

My wife took in her phone to have the charger port fixed and when it was returned the screen protector was burned showing indications of it being near something very hot, there was glue all over the sides of the phone. I did pick up the phone not thinking to check it because I trusted their work. Big mistake. They damaged the phone even more and now refuse to cover the damages caused by them saying that the warranty will not cover. Even though he stated in the previous comment that the customer, being me and my wife, are more than welcome to bring in the phone to be repaired, over the phone he states differently. Do not bring your phone to be repaired here. They will mess it up and they will NOT fix their mistakes. They should replace the whole phone in my opinion. We had to pay $75 for the charger port and an extra $220 to fix the damages made by them!!!!

My experience tours their business is been almost 6 years I have brought phones they also have repaired phones that had in da past n present as well, my kids iPads n computer I never had a problem I been really happy with there service.I totally recommend there service 👌
