I cant speak highly enough about this business! I had a cracked phone that got water damage and accelerated the deterioration of the screen. eRepair ran a free diagnosis to determine that the screen was fixable, cleaned out the water free of charge, and fixed my screen so that its good as new!I had reached out to another phone repair company that were looking to charge about 3 times the amount and told me that it would take roughly a week to do a diagnosis. It is always an excellent experience going here. Its unfortunate that I have to repair my phone ever but I do regularly I have had my screen replaced several times I have had the battery replaced and Ive had other things fixed. But every single time I can always trust that they will do an excellent job and be honest about what needs to be done. I have gone in expecting to spend more money thinking something else was wrong and its been something very minor and they were able to fix it for way less than originally anticipated. If you ever have any issues with any one of your devices always bring it here. The staff is knowledgeable they are very professional and they also have honest business sense.

Going running with my IPhone X that I had purchased only 2 days prior, I tripped on the sidewalk, launching my new phone in the process. When I picked up the phone, to my horror, the glass on the back of the phone was cracked. This was unbelievable because the Otterbox usually prevents this type of damage, but unfortunately not this time. The new IPhones are designed to be fragile, I mean why put glass on the back of your phones?!? After reading Apples price for this type of repair (seriously give it a look), it turns out that the back-glass is actually more expensive to repair by Apple than what I paid for my IPhone X.I called around multiple repair shops throughout Chicago, and was denied by everyone prior to ERepair. I was told by these other repair shops that the repair was either too complex, or the price was almost as high as Apple. When I called ERepair, I spoke with Sam, and he told me to come in at my earliest convenience, no appointment was necessary.The price was incredibly reasonable, and the replacement process only took a little less than two hours. My phone now looks new again, Thank you Sam for your work! I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a great deal and excellent repair service.

I came in to this store hoping they might be able to fix the broken ear piece on my iphone 5. They immediately told me it wouldnt be a problem, quoted me a price and said it would take 15 minutes.Ten minutes later I had my phone back and it was working perfectly. They also cleaned out some dust from my camera while they had it open.Overall, they were reasonably priced, extremely friendly and polite and were able to quickly fix my phone. I highly recommend this shop.UPDATE:After about 5 weeks I started having issues with the part that eRepairSolution fixed. I took a look at my receipt and it explicitly says that their warranty is 30 days which I was past. I went back hoping they could quickly fix the issue and wouldnt charge me too much since I was only a week past the warranty date. Again, they were extremely helpful and explained what went wrong with my earpiece and fixed it within 10 minutes. And rather than charging me a small fee, they did the work for free! I offered to pay something since they had to swap out a part, but they refused. Once again, I cant recommend this place enough!

My iPhone was in pretty rough shape and I needed a quick fix (screen replacement) at a reasonable price. I called ahead and the associate I spoke to let me know that they could have it done in 15-20 minutes and it would be $45! Done and done. Way better deal than taking it to Apple. Although if you don’t already know- Apple won’t honor any warranties on a phone if someone else fixes it for you. My iPhone 6 happened to be old enough that that didn’t matter.

Thought I had a virus, sent my computer in to wipe the memory. They did a good job installing windows, but the computer still crashed after. Turns out my graphics card was dying on me. They refunded all of my money since they didnt solve the problem. Very cool people, quick service, and they stuck by their word on the refund. Highly recommend.

Said my phone was unfixable but then took it to Zyvatech across the street and they fixed it for me. It was a pretty routine fix, the battery power cord and charging board just needed to be replaced.

This place is great. I had a broken screen on my iPhone, they took my phone right away, told me itd be 20-30 minutes (which isnt even a long wait) as there was 2 people ahead of me & I waited 35 minutes. The guy apologized for the wait and knocked down my price from $60 to $55 & gave me a free screen protector! Also said if I had any problems I could come back and theyd fix it at no charge! My screen looks brand new. Really nice and professional. Would highly recommend to get your phone fixed here👍🏻

Scammers!! Their replacement products are very cheap and flimsy and wont last. I took in my phone, they kept it for the day. The next day that I went to go pick it up they said they couldnt fix it. That was fine. BUT they decided to charge me FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO FIX IT! So before leaving your device there make sure they dont do the same. Worst experience of my life. Associates were rude and gave me a hard time. Will never go there again. Associates should not be in customer service business. Go across the street zyvatech is best. They fixed my phone in half an hour and he gave me free tempered glass.

Really shoddy repairs - when they first repaired the screen on my 6, the dim-sensor didnt work and the speaker didnt work on calls. They fixed that, then a week later the screen started falling off - they have a warranty, but thats not particularly helpful if you have to go back once/week to get it fixed again...better off just going to the Apple Store and getting it done right the first timeAdding to this a few months later: the screen they use is terrible quality. Got past the initial issues related to the poor workmanship, but my screen keeps cracking for literally no reason.

The owner is great. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen and he did an awesome job replacing it. About a month later, I had an issue with my digitizer. Apple said it was an issue with the screen replacement so they wouldnt touch it. I brought it back in and he fixed the glitch in 15mins free of charge! I would definitely recommend this place. Charged more than quoted. Replacement screen is 3rd party and horrendous. Going to have to actually get apple to replace. Screen is extremely glitchy and unusable.

I had called & asked them if they repaired Xbox One and they guaranteed they did. After having my Xbox one for over a month I had to call & ask them about it. After a few more days of runaround they told me they couldnt fix it & told me to come get it. Now, Im looking at over a $100 in damages! I wont be going back back or recommending them to anyone else

I had a groupon to get my screen fixed, and got it fixed very quickly here. Then a month later my touch screen stopped working, touch issues and I couldnt even use most of my phone. So I took it back in and they fixed it again, but well see if it lasts. If it breaks again Im just going to Apple. I wish I would have gone there in the first place.The second time I went here, the guy was 35 min late to open the store so I stood there waiting to get my phone back. Very unprofessional, the store is kind of a mess. Dont waste your time, just go to Apple. You get what you pay for.

Took my phone in because of a really bad broken screen. The guy at the front said it would take 30 minutes and quoted me then and there. In less than 30 mins he had fixed my phone! He also gave my a screen protector on the house. Ill be back in case of any more broken phones. Would recommend this place to friends!

I had a shattered screen and went to eRepair because its close to my house. These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty. I have an iphone 6 and when they started to look at the phone, they noticed it was bent and something else was fried. One of the guys ran to the apple store and worked his magic. Somehow they ended up getting me a brand new phone for free. I only had to pay the original price of repairing the shattered screen.5 stars for the effort and for the great service.

They use low quality glass to replace screens and don’t honor their warranty policy when they install bad glass. I’d go to Direct Repair in Gold Coast instead. It’ll be worth the extra $10.
