I give him a hundred percent I took my computer back and got a satisfaction then how it was before even though he couldn’t get my files back up. I will still consider taking my computer here again. MUST READ! I brought my computer in for a reinstall of Windows 7. My main concern was backing up quickbooks. When I went to pick up my computer I was told he deleted the files by mistake. Went to Geek Squad paid 125.00 but they could not recover my files. Lost thousands of dollars and many hours. The last kick in the nuts was him telling me he lost my quickbooks pro disk. If possible would give zero stars.
