DO NOT USE this company! Not only do they barely clean if you order a deep clean for moving in - they don’t respond when you report feedback and ask for a refund. Only a handful of minutes are spent with a very lazy wipe down of certain areas. Streaks were left all over my floor. NONE of the interior cabinets were cleaned. I had to clean my new condo by myself. What’s worse is they simply don’t respond to emails, calls or texts once they’ve left. No desire to make it right. Left me with a $374 charge for this. I also have videos of additional basic areas ignored.

IF IT WERENT FOR THE BAD REVIEWS, I WOULD THINK THAT THIS JUST AN INTERNET SCAM.We hired Quick Clean Chicago for a cleaning at our home at 10 am this morning. They required a prepayment of $120 which should have been a red flag.We were supposed to meet at the property and my sister and her 3 kids were there to let them in. They never showed up. They answered the phone and said they would call back and now the calls are going straight to a full voicemail box.My sister is now cleaning the home (with 3 kids under 5 years old in the condo) to prepare for guests that are checking in this afternoon.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great job cleaning our messy place after we moved out. They missed something, I called, and they came right back out to fix it. Will be using them again.

I hired quick clean for an apartment move out cleaning. I was desperate after another company cancelled on last minute. They fit me in within hours of calling on a Friday! They communicated to me with arrival times which was very helpful! They did an amazing job and were so professional- they even helped me carry out a desk I needed to remove from my apartment. I would highly recommend them! I am so grateful for their services!!

Even part way through the cleaning, I could notice the intense amount of attention to detail as well as the care taken for my place.
