I usually dont add reviews regularly but I had to this time! I contracted KB Lewis for a bed bug infestation in my home. My family followed all of his instructions, including treating our cars. I purchased additional spray just in case. That was over a year ago in 2020. Well, I havent seen a bed bug here since! If theres one here, its dead! If you see bugs in your home dont hesitate to call right away. Its worth it!

This is an UNFAIR and DISHONEST post from MYIA FLEMING. She only want one room treated BUT the entire house had bugs in every room. We told her that she need to have the entire house treated in order to solve the problem and that we could NOT guarantee it. But she refused and said that she didn’t have the money to treat the every room. We told her that we ant guarantee something that we didn’t treat. So she ask us to treat another room for free and we told her that we could not do that and she got upset. This customer was totally unrealistic and unreasonable. We stand by our guarantee! If we do the work! And in this case we didn’t do the work (because she couldn’t pay for it) so we can’t guarantee that she would take bugs back to the room that we treated. And that’s what happened! THIS POST IS TOTALLY UNFAIR TO KB LEWIS EXTERMINATION AND TOTALLY DISHONEST

You would think that any fairly intelligent individual reading the reviews of this business would first ask themselves why a very high percentage of the reviews are extremely negative, in addition please take notice of the abhorrent use of the English language used by this company in their replies to customer complaints in regards to their service. It is painfully apparent that the individuals associated with this company are not the type of people you want to associate with on any level, let alone do business with. I am going to refer this company to my associates in the attorney generals office, who will i am completely certain, institute a full review by the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, i pray that these individuals choose to reply to this post in the flippant manner in which they have responded to others, i would love to read their stumbling over their lack of proficiency of the english language as they attempt to reply with intelligence to an individual who is obviously more than their match, furthermore, i am sure that any reply made by this company would only supply more proof as to their ignorance.

Guys were nice however, being “nice” didn’t solve the bed bug issue. The bed bug issue was on the main level. The Day before the scheduled appointment I called SEVERAL times and didn’t receive an answer.Day of appointment: they called to say that they were overbooked so they needed to reschedule for an earlier time and that they were on their way. Um luckily i was home however, I didn’t appreciate that since i had a client in my home (hair braiding) at that specific time, but i agreed to let them come. Ok great.They arrive and “exterminate” the main level while my client was there. I wasn’t able to completely observe and give my undivided attention(my fault) since i was providing a service as well.Prior to their arrival both my cousin and I packed up all of our things in plastic bags and put them in the basement. We didn’t spend much time at all in the basement and hadn’t noticed any bugs like we did on the main level but We were going to have the basement done at a later date just to be sure. The basement extermination was also going to be contingent on how well they performed their services on the main level. They sprayed my cousin’s room and they discovered that his room was where the infestation initiated. Then they did my room but i wasn’t present in the room to monitor. They came to the living room and sprayed the couches and that was it. They did not spray windowsills nor did they spray baseboards (which didn’t register until they left because my mind was honestly elsewhere)so i assumed they did the same in my room. My cousin said they sprayed the baseboards in his room (probably because he was standing right there to monitor)FYI I thoroughly washed and dried EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING before bringing it back into my room. I even bought their spray and sprayed the baseboards myself. I used alcohol as well.The day that I’m setting my bed up .... i go downstairs to grab the sheets out of the dryer, come back and BOOM ..a grown bed bug on the mattress 🙄 mind you i hadn’t brought anything back into my room just yet except for the sheets at this point. Didn’t make a big deal. Just thought “ok this was probably the last one” 😂Weeks later i noticed more bugs in my bed as well as the curtains.I know they didn’t spray my mattress thoroughly. I moved my bed from one place to the other and the window curtains where my mattress was closer to previously no longer had signs of bed bugs but the window curtains were my bed is now has tons of them.Called and told them and he tried to blame it on the fact that i “probably” transferred them from the basement. First of all, I HADNT EVEN BOUGHT ANYTHING BACK INTO MY ROOM YET WHEN I SAW THE FIRST BUG after they Sprayed! And secondly, i was very CAUTIOUS to make sure that everything was thoroughly washed and dried before bringing it into my room. He was very rude,condescending, defensive, & overall a smart Alec. How are you upset with me because your services suck? Should not I be UPSET WITH YOU because i spent money for nothing?I wrote this long novel of a review just to say: Do not use them!

I had used KB service once. I needed him again to do some work . I read this review. I cant say what experience Mr.Brown got. He might have some complains which he should have asked KB to fix but I find the review damaging a hard working guys image and made me speak for him. I found his service very satisfactory.If I ever have a problem with any company, I first complain to the company to see if they try to work on it before ruining any ones reputation who is trying to earn legitimate money.

Shea B must be a friend or relative just speaking up for your people and completely understand that. Ask yourself what reason do I have to lie on people that I dont even know. This man charged me $492 in total to do my house so why would I bring a mattress back in the home with bugs on it. I threw out all the furniture before he even came out and exterminated and when he was done I went to walmart to buy air mattresses. Ill admit he let me pay $340 on 6/6 and the rest which was $152 on 6/20 and I appreciated that which I expressed that to him. When I realized that the problem wasnt solved I tried contacting him leaving several messages and couldnt get a response and this was before the 30 days was up. Finally I tried contacting him from a different number and he answered immediately seeming to be annoyed when he realized that it was me. In fact so annoyed he began getting disrespectful and yelling like a damn fool to the point where I ended the call. He calls me back within a few minutes to apologize and I thought that we had reached an understanding so we set a date for him to come back out. Needless to say he was a no call/ no show so he decided it would be a good idea to pop up at my house UNANNOUNCED 4 days later. By then I was done and when I told him I no longer wanted his business he started talking crazy to me so I asked him to leave my property and the man flipped out on me. Mind you Im only 52 about 145 to 150 pounds I have a disabled mother who cannot walk or talk in the house, along with a 14 year old boy who actually answered the door and he new that. He began yelling on my porch announcing in front of my neighbors THATS WHY YOU GOT BED BUGS and saying a lot of other BS. The young man that was with him is a witness to that, I just hope hes more honest than this guy. I truly just want to say I have know intensions on posting anything else on this page and I AM NOT always right. However I would never handle things in this matter, I am 41 yrs.old and from what I can tell hes older so I just cant understand his state of mind and his reaction to this situation PERIOD. Just know that time reveals all and karma is real. A that dude needs a hug so if your close to him hug his ass because something isnt right. Again for the rest of the people reading this: DO NOT give this man your money and I am standing by this...................Be Blessed!

I know Demetris Mcbroom and the situation. And this is a lie and a smear post. KB LEWIS did excellent treatment for Demetris Mcbroom and honored their Guarantee. But Demetris tried to get over on them. She brought an old bed in her house which had bed bug already in it after KB LEWIS treated her house then she call them to try and get a retreat after the GUARANTEE was up. Also she did NOT pay all of the money that was owed. They were very nice to let her go 3 weeks without paying because she had them to do the work then told them that she didnt have all the money. AKA SCAM! now Karma has came on her so she is mad and trying to damage KB Lewis rep. But I cant stand by and let a LIE go fwd like that. SO DONT BELIEVE A WORD DEMETRIS MCBROOM SAYS . KB LEWIS is an excellent company its unfortunate that we have some selfish people who r just not honest!

Never called or spoke with anyone from kb lewis but will most definitely give you guys a try....my landlord was advised to exterminate her entire rental property but of course being older and stubborn and always right wasted $800 plus on a new floor and another pocket breaking $700 towards an bed bug company that did not rid the problem..Still have an infestation thats throughout the building.Im gonna have to deduct from my rent to solve the problem myself due to the lack of her not properly handling the situation....hope you guys are as good as you say.

First this is NOT a recent experience. We served her well over a year ago. She told us that her brother and his girlfriend kelp bringing the bed bugs back and forth into her house. His bed was heavily infested, 1000’s, and we told him It had to be thrown out but they never threw it out! We also told her she needed a second treatment. Also, we recommend that she treat the entire house because there were bugs in all the rooms, But she said that she didn’t have the money and couldn’t afford it. So she just wanted the main rooms treated but we warned her that they can take the bugs back to the treated rooms and that the other untreated rooms would get worse if she don’t treat them ASAP. She said that she didn’t have the money and couldn’t afford it! At that point there is nothing we could do. She then call us back at some point and wanted us to treat for free. we told her that we could treat for have price., giving her a break, But again she refused our offer. She wanted something for free and we just can’t do that. But this Post is dishonest and Not right to try an lie and damage our reputation just because she can’t afford the service. She wrote a very long post because she was trying to think of bad things to say about us . But they are made up! It’s very dishonest and not a fair account of the situation. We gave her very good service. Our reviews prove that we stand by our guarantee and We are here to help our customers. However, he service has to be paid for!Found out from one of her family members that she complains and post fake bad post in order to get to get the companies to give her free services and products. Absolutely terrible. I had them come in for bed bugs service and as soon as they left we found bed bugs a day later behind a dresser which I am assuming they didnt treat. They were onlythere for 45 minutes total. I called them back and they blamed everything besides themselves. This is not a real extermination company make sure you go elsewhere.
