This company is a scam. Charge for more hours then they’re there. The cleaners were rude and arrived late. It’s hard to tell if they even did anything. Floor was still dirty and tops of cabinets dusty and everything. A waste of my money. If I could give zero stars I would.

[WORST, THREATEN, DIRTY, EXCUSE]The cleaning service is terrible. The worst service in my life. We didnt order the 100% satisfy service. This become there excuse for it. The cleaner arrived couple hours early for the service and we didnt complain it.There should be 2 cleaner but only one came and said I can finish it! Dont worry! But she didnt.We pay for the supply fee but she didnt bring enough supplies. Most of the supply are ours. The WORST thing is she use the fabric from the trash can to clean it after we said there are still some dirty spot.The cleaning is terrible. There has a lot of dirty spot left and if we dont remind her, she would just left.Besides, she has backache. When we require she clean the flour carefully, she said she cant beg down to clean it since she has backache. WHAT THE HELL IS IT?When we post a review on the Yelp, the manage threaten me I can send you a copy of the signed checklist if you want along with her id. I hate to publish those on yelp to reply your response so I hope you can remove those otherwise the identify of your roommate will be exposed.I ask she left early because she cant do anything in my house. Why make she stay without doing anything?!The worst company I have never seen before. If you really post my id or lease it somewhere, my lawyer will sue you.
In covid times, the reliablity has deteriorated a little but staff are working hard to make things work. Thankful for that and good service

Now to the cleaning- apartment looked great and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I knew I had a winner when I noticed they even wiped down the baseboards well which was expected due to the checklist I found online. Errund has been a nightmare to work with. We had one cleaning service. The cleaner showed up 4 hours late and did a terrible job. I had to ask her to dust our living room table among other surfaces.I was unhappy with the service so I called to cancel my appointments which had been set up as repeating cleanings every 4 weeks. So, when I spoke with someone I was told that my account had been canceled. This was 3 months ago. Wouldnt you know the month after that I got an email saying we had a cleaning scheduled. So I called again and was told my account was canceled. Third time is a charm. This month I was again notified Id get a cleaning. So I canceled it and emailed this time to ask for my account to be canceled. Of course, I was then charged a cancellation fee! Unbelievable. I started talking to someone over the phone last Tuesday (its now the following Monday) about the charge. I was told it would be taken care of. I have called everyday (except the weekend) to see why I havent had my refund and they always say, accounting is working on it. I have just called my credit card company and dispute the charge because their customer service has been absolutely terrible.Do not use this company. They are terrible.
The company is so very unprofessional, employees are not properly compensated, they disregard and ignore emails and phone calls. Not even a courtesy call back, unresponsive until they feel the need to contact you. Would not recommend anyone to work here, let alone be charged by the company for the employee to not even be paid on their end of the contract. Would not even recommend this company to someone I heavily dislike. The company does not even have making customers bed as a cleaning task. Which I find very redundant for the price range for the customers. This company should be shut down and reported to the better business bureau. I would recommend King Of Maids or Handy Pro completely more efficient with covering all mandatory cleaning tasks.
Extremely happy with the booking process and service professional. They came a little late but did a great job. I need to leave a tip but apparently errund does not let you add tip after booking is completed but I called them and they added it on my card for me.
We are happy to always come home to a clean house every week thanks to Errund. We dont need to worry about contacting them as they are proactive and read their reviews and constantly improve their service.
We used errund for our office cleaning for the past 3 years and they have consistently sent great cleaners every week. Highly recommended and I use them now for my own home cleaning
The 2 staff that cleaned our home did a fantastic job! They took half the time to use up the 6 man hours booked. I would recommend them to everyone who needs some extra cleaning done. They were very efficient and professional. I will definitely be using them again. Great job :) 5 stars.
Errund charges us a lower fee and pay their cleaners better than the industry standard. I was surprised they pay their cleaners around $15/hr whereas other cleaners like Molly maids charge us $35/hr and pay their cleaners $10/hr or less. I support Errund for their treatment of their cleaners.

The cleaner arrived on time, and was very detailed. I didnt feel burdened with having to explain much, all the while getting other things done and being able to enjoy the reason I purchased this service as I deal with a move in/move out. They hire experienced cleaners who I was told have more than 2 years of experience.

The cleaner came the next day after I booked online which took me a minute to do. I liked that I was charged after cleaning was done and I was given a checklist after which I could know what the cleaner did. Strongly recommend!
I moved to Chicago from Madison and was so glad I could use them for my move in! The service was as good if not better because it seems they have more people in Chicago working than in Madison. I would highly recommend them for move in and out but make sure to read the checklist and make sure they cover what you need. For example, if you need them to clean behind the oven and fridge, you got to request it and move the oven and fridge as they dont want to move and damage your oven and fridge due to connected gas and water pipes.

If I could give less than one star I would. I know you hear that a lot from one star reviews but it’s true. DON’T use this company. If their price seems to good to be true, and they are much cheaper than other cleaning services, it probably is. While I can’t comment on their cleaning skills, they never actually cleaned my apartment, I can comment on their lack of professionalism and general apathy towards helping their customers.We scheduled a next day move in cleaning and confirmed the appointment in the morning. Less than a half hour before the 6pm appointment we got a call saying they needed to reschedule. They were willing to take an hour off the cleaning and we would have it cleaned first thing the next morning. While it was a little annoying that we had already driven the 45 minutes to meet the cleaner at the new apartment, we figured no harm no foul. Than we got a call saying they actually couldn’t give us an hour off our cleaning tomorrow but a future one instead. After another phone conversation they agreed to honor their original offer.The next morning we arrives at the new apartment, once again traveling the 45 minutes to do so, only to find out that our cleaner would be late. 15 mins turned into 30, which turned into and hour, which turned into an hour and a half. We then receive a text from our cleaner saying she just got off the blue line and would be joining us shorty. She had claimed it was delays on the blue line that had led to her lateness, but upon checking the CTA websites and twitter I found no reports of delays on the blue line. There was only one problem, the cleaner had gotten off a blue line stop on the opposite side of the city. She had gone to the wrong address.It would be well over an hour until she arrived at the correct address. We called the company, clearly upset, only to deal with one of the most apathetic managers in all creation. He offered halfhearted apologies and future discounts but took no responsibility for the ineptness of his company and employee. When we asked for half off the cleaning we were refused. Ironic, considering as a customer if you cancel a booking with less than 24hrs notice you are charged half the fee.We were able to cancel without a cancellation fee, but I’m going to keep an eye on my charges just to be safe. The worst part is this severely delayed our move because we were waiting to paint until after the cleaning and this pushed everything back. Unfortunately, Errund couldn’t care less about this or their customers.I know this was a long one, but if there was one take away from this, I hope it is this: Never use Errund.

Errund cleaning always try to inform us whenever the cleaners have contingency unlike molly maids and other services I have used. Granted emergencies do happen but I appreciate advance notice if possible and Errund tries it best to do that and find a replacement professional.

We could not be happier with our cleaning. We had our home cleaned while we were on vacation and came home to an extremely clean house from top to bottom.
I needed a cleaning done for our new years party. We managed to book errund and one of its pro. Came a little late but did a great job! It only cost us 92.50 for a 2 bed 1 bath cleaning, including our living room and kitchen. Will definitely be using this service whenever we need it!
Much better than Handy when I used it whose cleaner did not show up with no reasons. Errund actually makes sure someone shows up and if not sends a replacement. Highly recommend!
I cant believe I didnt hear about Errund sooner! I was looking to get my apartment cleaned and stumbled across Errund. Much to my delight, I scheduled a cleaning and the person showed up on time, was very friendly, and left the apartment spotless. I will be using this more often.
I needed my small less than 600 sq ft unit cleaned for a tenant move in the following day. I confirmed with the company numerous times the week leading up to our scheduled cleaning date that it wouldn’t be a problem. However, They never showed up and never called to let me knew that they weren’t coming. My husband called them in the afternoon when we found out no one showed to see what happened and they had no clue what was going on. Then, they lied and said the front desk wouldn’t let them in, but the front desk confirmed with video surveillance that no one showed up. They had authorization on file and we’re waiting for the cleansing crew per our instructions but no one showed up. They even mentioned it to front desk supervisor because they were expecting the cleaner. Errunds tried to remediate the situation by promising to send someone by 6:30 pm but no one showed again and when I questioned them, they said the cleaner was stuck in traffic and couldn’t make it until 8:30pm. Then they finally sent someone at 8:30 pm, but per front desk check in and check out, they only spent 1.5 hours at the unit when I had paid for 5 hours with clear instructions that i would pay for more if needed bc I needed the unit cleaned that day for the next day move-in. The next morning my husband went to inspect the unit and it was left almost untouched- even simple things like water marks on the refrigerator drip tray and crumbs on the stove were left untouched. Softener drips on the washing machine weren’t wiped down. The floors were not swept at all either. The unit was vacant with no furniture so it should have been an easy clean. When I called to let them know, with picture proof, I was told that all they can do is send someone back for the remaining time only and the quality of the cleaning was my “opinion”. When I refused to accept that and said I will dispute the charges since they failed to follow through and now I would lose my tenant, they threatened to sue me! Very unprofessional and very bad cleaning service. I suggest you stay away from this company.
I have used errund for 6 months now. Twice a week for my office. Their pros always show up and if they don’t, they let me know in advance and errund arranges a back up. I am able to cancel online if my office has an evening event. Great service
Horrible horrible experience. We booked a move in cleaning service. They quoted us at 6 hours and promised they’ll only charge for the actual hours. The cleaner was suppose to come at 6pm. She called me at 5:40pm saying she can’t be there until 7:30pm. Because this is for a new place we don’t live in yet, my husband had already been driving over there half way. Had to call him back. The when my husband arrived at the place at 7:30pm, she wasn’t there. Called her, then she said she thought she could show up any time between 7:30-8:30. I have our texts to prove that’s not what we agreed on. Anyways, she showed up 8:30pm eventually, my husband had to sit around a whole hour to wait for her. She “finished” at midnight. Not until the next day, we realized she only cleaned the refrigerator and showers (2 showers). She didn’t even sweep the floor or clean the stove.Update: I reached out through web chat earlier the week to talk about it with Hannah, she never got back to me. Finally now I got in touch with Jake over the phone. He is really nice and apologetic about what happened. He started the refund process and gave me a discount code for future use. My cleaner was Shawanda. I guess all this could be very dependent on the cleaner you get. My service was also book only 24 hours in advance. So that could be the reason the cleaner wasn’t on top of it. But after all, it still caused us a great amount of inconvenience. We had to move into a half cleaned place. Now with all the furnitures around, it makes it harder for me to clean the rest of the things.

I worked for this company I never got paid. They blocked my number in some type of way so when I call it says disconnected. I have to call from different numbers to only receive run around and no pay. I wouldn’t suggest this as a job for anyone
